• Location.
• Bugs, spiders, broken down room.

“Hot and buggy. There is no air conditioning and if you try to open the windows then giant spiders take over the room. Giant spiders are every where and in every room (yes, we tried to switch rooms a few times). Vile, smelly place. We left in the middle of the night.”

• Was affordable for the time and place.
• Outdated facility in need of updates. Halls were unpleasant unleveled and many turns.

“Overall, I can't complain. For $40 a night, you can't expect the Four Seasons. But they could put a bit more into making the place better, since it is in a tourist destination. I was also a little unpleasant but the fact that I was never asked to show my credit card or any identification at all during my stay. Not exactly the feeling of safety and security in the hotel or with the financial portion.”

• The hotel is at a nice location, five mins walk from the falls.
• Rooms are not clean, stench of stale cigarette smoke and carpets littered with cigarette ashes.

“If you need to stay near the falls at an affordable price this hotel is a good choice. However, rooms are small with even smaller bathrooms, thin walls let you hear your neighbors conversations.”

“I stayed at this Ramada, after getting a great deal on the internet. After that however, they proceeded to double-bill my credit card and have refused to repay me. This is now the 8th week I've been dealing with this and have currently contacted the attorney general's office.

Watch your credit card carefully, especially when making online reservations.”
