• Excellent staff and location, casino across the street and it's a very short walk to falls.
• Nothing.

“This hotel has friendly and helpful staff, it is a short walk to Falls, The Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds, all located within the NY State Park. And with the casino just across the street what more could you want. With a short drive or walk across the bridge to Canada you can get the great view of the falls without all the additional expense.”

• Nice, well-appointed.
• Hotel room was filthy. Cheetos on floor and cigarette ash on end table.

“Nice hotel. Housekeeping needs some work. Cheetos on floor and cigarettes ash on end table. Housekeeping started knocking on doors at 9:00 AM regardless of privacy please tags. You could hear it up and down the hall for the next hour. Very unpleasant for us, late arrivals.”

• There is no good service for maintenance.

“I had small problem with the AC. It was leaking and do not work and I told them many times about it but there was not any care from them.”

• The sports bar and lobby area was very nice.
• Dirty, lumpy carpets in halls and rooms, broken door latch, no fan.

• Beautiful room.
• Employees were very rude.

“The hotel is very nice as are the rooms. I had to call room service 3 times to get food & they were very rude. He told me I had to call back in 10 min because they were too busy. I told the front desk & they told me they have been having problems with the man I spoke with. Poor customer service.”

• Free internet, HD TV, AC wireless control, quality of bed (pillows etc.).
• Little noisy AC, shower and sink were in one room.

“Hotel accepted my request to change rooms with 2 queen beds after occupying (was 1 king and additional folding bed). Less waiting time for elevators. But sink should be separated from the bathroom so that people should not need to wait to brush their teeth while another person is showering.”

• The beds were perfect!
• Room too light in morning, due to short curtains.

“This is the best hotel to stay in on the American side of Niagara Falls. Conveniently located, wonderful rooms, and much quieter than the Canadian side. I would definitely stay here again.”

• But there's something smell bad in hotel room.

• Best sleep over best beds!
• Nothing.

“The hotel was beautiful, the rooms where just as nice. The beds where the most comfortable I have ever slept in my life! Bath room was a little small but very nice just the same. Room service was great, came up twice and didn't have to ask for anything more!”

• Hotel didn't have small refrigerator & micro-oven.

• Filthy carpets.

“This was a superior location--an easy walk to all the American Niagara Falls locations. Across the street from the Seneca Casino where we tried the buffet on the concierge's recommendation. Hotel's recommendations for Niagara Falls views also right on. The room we had was very neat and comfortable--and clean except the floors. We could not figure out how the carpets were left so dirty. There were large discolored spots, which looked readily cleanable, sticky spots, and then just a dirty look--obviously things that didn't happen in one or two stays. We had to wear socks in room because it made our feet dirty! Other than this, a very comfortable stay--ultra comfortable beds, and easy to use business center.”

• It was directly across the street from the casino, and about a 3 minute walk from the falls.
• For the money I figured the cleanliness was sub-par.

• Located just a short walk from the falls good dining. The pool was warm and deck area very clean.
• The pool was very chlorinated.

• Spacious clean rooms and room service available.
• Rude guests stayed on our floor they were noisy and their children ran up and down the hallway at 1:00 a.m. in the morning.

“If youre a business traveler request a floor without a lot of families. If you have children the hotel is very family friendly. Very clean and high class. Room service and the staff was top notch.”

“Great hotel, super-friendly staff and very clean rooms. This hotel is located right across from the Seneca casino and about a block or two away from the falls and the rainbow bridge. We did have a problem the first night; the bathroom in one of the rooms was leaking but the staff responded right away and gave us another room. This was our fourth trip to Niagara Falls and Crown Plaza hotel was by far the best hotel we had stayed in. but the best feature of the hotel was its price. It was the best time we spent in Niagara Falls.”

• The bed.
• We missed out on cocktails as nobody tells you about it in advance?

“Okay, close to walk to USA side attractions, too close to casino, would have been better in the Crown on the Canadian side you can see more while relaxing in room. Nothing close to do for the older generation, who don't like to walk too far. Other than that it was okay, but we do not plan to return.”

• We did need to ask for towels one day, but when we did they were brought to us within minutes.
