“We were very pleased with everything. It was a nice size room, the bed was comfortable, the furnishings were upscale, the bathroom was nice. I had trouble getting my laptop online. I went to the front desk and the young lady called Jason to help me. He and Duncan were fantastic getting me the help I needed.”

“There's very little to complain about a conveniently located hotel with most trimmings of a 3 star when one's booking it at a considerably discounted price on Priceline. The Crowne Plaza was lived up to this billing within comfortable beds, a good view of the neighborhood and an excellent location.Within walking distance of the Niagara Falls, Crowne Plaza is also right opposite to a casino for those who wish to try their luck.There are lots of restaurants around the hotel and different cuisines to choose from. Overall a good choice for a hotel to stay in Niagara Falls.”

“We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to many areas that we wanted to see. Most of the staff was very nice. The pool was quite enjoyable. We loved everything about the hotel except the view from our room, but that's to be expected when bargaining for price.”

“This hotel, in no way, is consistent with an upscale hotel and is totally not consistent with what you would expect at a Crowne Plaza. Staff were uncommonly rude. Rooms dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable. Would not give us two beds, despite being a party of 2 adults & 2 teens, even though had double rooms (walk in travelers were given double rooms after us). Finally brought roll-away that was, extremely old, dirty, and consisted of springs covered by light cloth - left red spring welts-no kidding! Horrible, horrible hotel. Don't stay here-there are better, lower end hotels close by.”

“Very noisy, many rooms are over the vents and exhausts from the kitchen, our first room was unacceptable because of the outside noise. It was very irritating to have to pay for parking. No refrigerator. Toiletries were not complete. We got sick from bad hamburger in the hotel restaurant.”

“The check-in time was hard freezed even though there were guests with sick children. There was a long queue for check -in at 4 pm - took folks more than an hour to get in to their rooms.”

“I was impressed as I arrived. The front entrance was spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Graham waited on me and made my day with questions on parking and being able to get a fridge in our room. I have already e-mailed and told friends and family about our stay. We even went out to buy a bathing suit because the pool was great. Nice and warm, a little cloudy, but otherwise great. Other people in the pool area were also happy it was heated. I would come back again.”
