“This was perfect location to the Seneca Niagara Casino and the Falls. Starbucks in the lobby. Clean nice rooms. Bed was very comfy!”

“Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. Clean and lovely rooms. No tub which is a drawback for women travelers. Wonderfully heated pool. Choice of papers in the morning. But the heating/cooling system was disturbing as the fan was so noisy that it had to be turned OFF at night and at other times so that one could be heard; also the temperature control did not work. The TV had very few channels and I was surprised at the expensive local telephone charge. The free toll free calls did not work and I could not access any toll free numbers. We visited during the December break and were surprised to be woken up at 9 AM by a loud vacuum cleaner noise outside our door even though we had our do not disturb sign posted. Also, though the exercise facilities were excellent with 2 TV's for sports viewing and other viewing was completely inappropriate for children during the day. I could not change the channel as it was not accessible to me so that I had to turn it off. While the positive pool and lovely shower and bedding and staff outweighed the negatives I do not know if my wife will want to consider this beautiful hotel again as we chose this area to be away from the noise (as we were not avoiding airports and train stations while on vacation) and yet we were still woken up by the vacuuming and couldn't sleep with the loud fan and woke up to a cold room. If these minor irritants could be addressed, I would recommend this hotel highly and especially for the price we paid.”

“We were very pleased with everything. It was a nice size room, the bed was comfortable, the furnishings were upscale, the bathroom was nice. I had trouble getting my laptop online. I went to the front desk and the young lady called Jason to help me. He and Duncan were fantastic getting me the help I needed.”

“There's very little to complain about a conveniently located hotel with most trimmings of a 3 star when one's booking it at a considerably discounted price on Priceline. The Crowne Plaza was lived up to this billing within comfortable beds, a good view of the neighborhood and an excellent location.Within walking distance of the Niagara Falls, Crowne Plaza is also right opposite to a casino for those who wish to try their luck.There are lots of restaurants around the hotel and different cuisines to choose from. Overall a good choice for a hotel to stay in Niagara Falls.”

“We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to many areas that we wanted to see. Most of the staff was very nice. The pool was quite enjoyable. We loved everything about the hotel except the view from our room, but that's to be expected when bargaining for price.”

“This hotel, in no way, is consistent with an upscale hotel and is totally not consistent with what you would expect at a Crowne Plaza. Staff were uncommonly rude. Rooms dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable. Would not give us two beds, despite being a party of 2 adults & 2 teens, even though had double rooms (walk in travelers were given double rooms after us). Finally brought roll-away that was, extremely old, dirty, and consisted of springs covered by light cloth - left red spring welts-no kidding! Horrible, horrible hotel. Don't stay here-there are better, lower end hotels close by.”

“Very noisy, many rooms are over the vents and exhausts from the kitchen, our first room was unacceptable because of the outside noise. It was very irritating to have to pay for parking. No refrigerator. Toiletries were not complete. We got sick from bad hamburger in the hotel restaurant.”
