• Location.
• It was a dump!

• Only the location.
• There was hair in the shower, room smelled bad, bed moved, bathroom smelled.

“I would have thought that because this was a national chain of hotels, Econo Lodge, the rooms would have at least been clean and that it would not have smelled bad. The comforter had stains on it and the bedroom was the worst. The shower floor was stained. It was a horrible experience and hope nobody has to go through this again.”

• The location was great, within walking distance to everything.
• The hotel was horrible, staff was horrible, stay was horrible.

“This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel was dirty and smelled like curry. I believe there were families living in some of the rooms. The were big clumps of hair in the shower when we checked in.”

• Window enclave was dirty with dead insects on it.

• Repairs are needed in room eg: no security lock on doors, bathroom sink stoper not working, no security lock on balcony door.

“Hotel is located close to Seneca Casino and Niagara Falls N.Y. It's a small economy run hotel. Some rooms need minor repairs. Security locks were missing from front door and balcony door and needed to be replaced. Front desk friendly and helpful.”
