“This hotel is a little bit more costly than what you would expect to receive from it. I have stayed in nicer places for half the price. The TV had horrible reception and maybe 20 channels. The WiFi was absolutely irritating, it took forever to connect and cut out all the time. The shower leaked brown water afterwards. The halls never have heat, so if you go in the winter leave the heat on in your room. The only real upside was you got a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a safe. The staff was moderately friendly, mostly just the housekeeper. Plus it was convenient to get to the falls and most of the local attractions. Even the malls, theaters, and bowling were all within a 5 min drive.”

“It was a decent hotel. Good for a few nights stay. Convenient to the Casino.
We would definitely stay there again if going to the Casino.”

“The hotel room had mold growing in the bathroom. We returned back to the hotel later that night, which is when we noticed the mold. First thing in the morning we called down to the front desk and they told us they would send someone to clean it. Nobody showed up. We were unable to shower as we didn't not want to be in the bathroom for more than five minutes, especially since I am pregnant.”

“Dirty and smelly hotel, rooms have a mildew odor, Jetted tub had soap scum on it and there was hair in the sink. Pool was way to cold to swim in. They charge for parking and they run out of spots, very bad set-up.”

“Please do not take this hotel for the following reasons.
1. The hotel cleanliness is very bad.
2. No cleaning at all.
3. Breakfast place you can't even walk. It is so small; you will
hate to eat there.
The only advantage is close to falls but all other hotels are also close to falls”

“Decent location to the Falls (either side). A bit far from the casino. Needs remodeling. I was leery of walking barefoot on the carpet. Doesn't meet my criteria especially for the price. We usually stay in 3 star, but needed a pet friendly room. If this is 2 stars I would hate to see a 1 star room.”

“Towels are dirty. We have to ask for new towels due to yellow stains on towels. Bathroom needs update. You can see mould in corners. No fan inside the bathroom.”

“This hotel was conveniently located to many tourist attractions by foot. We enjoyed being able to walk to Niagara Falls within 5 minutes. The hotel was clean. I felt safe returning at 10:30pm on foot.”

“We were extremely disappointed in this hotel for the price we paid. We paid substantially more than that is suggested. The hotel is very dirty. The carpets in the halls and in the rooms are filthy. I would not walk around in bare feet. We had black mold growing in the shower area and the baths are old and in need of a good scrubbing. Housekeeping must never vacuum the perimeter of the rooms as there was an inch of dust all around the base of the room. The bed was very old and not very comfortable. I think the hotel allows pets, as I saw many people with pets and this may account for the deplorable condition of the carpets. It is a shame that they don't upgrade and fix the hotel, because it is in a fabulous location. You can walk to everything. The park is a short walk and then for $2 you can ride the trolley all day to the various attractions on the American side. The rainbow bridge is a short walk from the hotel and you can walk to the Canadian side. On the plus side the staff was very pleasant and friendly. We had not complaints with the staff. I don't even care that the hotel is old, I just insist on cleanliness. If you care about clean, this hotel is not for you.”

“We stayed at this Howard Johnsons, with our new RV for its first trip. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good parking spot. We had a nice clean room, for one night to prepare for a wedding. The staff he
