• Room stank like a wet dog.

• Nothing.
• I was uncomfortable with my sheets on my bed they kept coming off. They need to be secured.

“I liked the hotel and the area, I have seen a big change over the years keep improving and keep the prices low.”

• In downtown Lynchburg whose location is not in a good environment

• It had a vacancy.
• Heat did not work, room was smelly.

• It was very close to the Freeway exit in downtown Lynchburg.
• There were very loud, rowdy and unruly customers. The hotel is in a poorer section of town.

“This hotel is fine if you are on a budget or even running for your life. I didn't feel completely safe at anytime during my stay. The crowd that was milling around the crime scene (I mean hotel) were not the type of people you would want children, valuable jewelry or accountants to be anywhere near. I was not that worried about my self and property since I do study the ancient craft of Karate. My stay was however, very uneventful, and could be described as enjoyable. (If the definition of an enjoyable time is lying under a bed with prayer beads and continually praying the rosary for protection from evil.) I hope I never have to stay in a hotel that is in such a dangerous location. Honestly and seriously, the hotel was nice, the staff was nice, just the area around the hotel wasn't nice.”

• Easy check-in/check-out.
• Dirty room, poor food.

“Dirty room, stunk of cigarettes. Ripped wallpaper, cigarette burns on toilet seat and TV remote, cracked bathroom tile, mildew on caulking, bathroom exhaust fan not working. Complimentary breakfast was cold cereal, a few bananas and cheap donuts. Day and night staff were immigrants who didn't speak English very well. No Thanks! I will sleep in my car before I'll ever stay there again!”

• Total lack of amenities.

“Cheap, cheap, cheap. Breakfast was served in cat-feeder bins. The hotelier was too cheap to provide actual paper napkins. A variety of fruits were served: two bananas.”
