• Breakfast was good.
• There was a spill of some sort on the back of the door which I cleaned.

• Absolutely NOTHING.
• It was FILTHY and should be removed from the bid list.

“The room had not been cleaned thoroughly. The sheets were stained and dirty. I left the hotel without staying there. It was absolutely awful. This hotel must be removed from the list of acceptable hotels.”

• The free breakfast.
• Can't possibly do this in 20 words or less.

“My room was terrible; mildew, dirt, poor fitting draperies, dented, scratched furniture and an ancient tub that has been poorly repaired with accompanying mildew.”

• Nothing.
• Filthy, disgusting, smelly, torn sheets, mould in bathroom.

“This sums it up: I was tempted to sleep in my car. This is the most disgusting and dirty hotel I have ever slept (or tried to sleep) in. I plan on writing to Ramada as well. I am also upset at outrageous rate that I paid. ”

• Dirty, run down, worn.

“I wrote a bad report then in hopes the property would be removed from your list.. When I booked this time for Lynchburg I held my breath in hopes that I would not get this Ramada course I did. I am a very regular customer who is very unhappy.”

• nice outside pool
• not enough towels, did not clean room on several days.

“When we arrived the rooms were not cleaned and ready. Don't know if they were temporarily short on help, but I was not the only one with this problem. Maid service was poor. Ice machines were not working well.I would pay much more to not stay at this hotel.”

• The hot breakfast that was included in the price
• The fact that your had to raise the toilet lid to close the bathroom door

“I wasn't impressed with this hotel at all. The first room that I was assigned was dirty. There was water and hair all over the bathroom floor. The second room I was assigned was better but still not the best. The room furniture was not dusted, the shower curtain had mildew in some spots, the shower faucet is hooked up backwards, (It took me a while to figure out why there wasn't any hot water for a shower)I had to lift the toilet lid in order to close the bathroom door, and some of the ice machines and vending machines were not working; very frustrating when you want something to drink other than water. However, I did like the fact that a hot breakfast was included in the price of the room. For the most part, the room was quiet at night in order to sleep, and the staff was also very pleasant.”

• I really have nothing to say, except that we stayed at the Holiday Inn on Main St. and it was the same price and much nicer
• it was like a motel.,not a very nice hotel at all

“It was not the cleanest, my daughter called the next day and got a room at the Holiday because I forgot our first night, she was able to get a 2 1/2 star hotel in town for the same price.”

• Rooms with an outside entrance. Extra 25% in fees.
