“This hotel was convenient for our short term stay with the use of a kitchen. There was no pool or breakfast which may not work for some families. There is no maid service for short stays and even the smoke free rooms smelled of smoke. The hallways leading to the rooms have a very strong smoke odor.”

“As economy hotels go, this is a great negotiable rate hotel, if you're looking for comfort then this is not the place to go unless you are comfortable sleeping on bed as hard as the floors. Kitchen was a great addition to the room. No oven, and very few cooking supplies. The staff at this hotel was wonderful. They bent over backwards to help us with what they had! These rooms were poorly laid out as they had a table right beside the bed that we banged our elbows and heads on as we got into and out of bed! It was a great room, but we wish we would have brought an air mattress so we could have slept!”

“It was a great place to stop for the night. We've stayed in only one Extended Stay America before so we knew what to expect. AC was on as we came in so the room was pleasant and cool, beds, sheets, towels all fine. Nice to have a 'fridge and ice handy. Will stay again!”

“This hotel is clean and well located, especially if visiting Liberty University. No breakfast offered, but with coffee maker in the room and a refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster, a breakfast could be prepared. Very few amenities, but the bed was excellent, with a firm mattress.”

“This hotel is close to everything you would need in Lynchburg. They offer a kitchen for convenience or long stays. The only negative I would attribute to them is comfort of the beds and pillows, but everyone has different standards.”

“I'd stay there again. The desk staff was fun and extremely friendly, at every time of the day. Quickest check=in ever.”

“I was told they had some problems with their cleaning crew. The first two rooms I was assigned were dirty and not cleaned. The room I finally was assigned was not the greatest. Always wondered if the sheets were clean.”

“The hotel is directly across the street from Liberty University. No other hotel is as close. This is the perfect hotel if you are taking an intensive at LU.”

“It is what it is. Very friendly staff. I was in and out, only staying one evening and leaving the next day, but it was clean, accessible, and filled a travelers needs. I would not bring my family there as there was no pool and my kids have to have a pool.”

“I was expecting a normal hotel . This hotel is for long stays and didn't even change out the towels daily. I just was expecting to be in a normal hotel..”

“Overall, I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness and convenience. I have stayed at Extended Stay locations before that offered more in-room amenities, such as a full stove with an oven and dishwasher. There was no furniture in the room other than the standards, whereas in other Extended Stay locations, we had a couch and reclining chair.”

“The Hotel was fine, but you should have printed out that "ESA" stands for "Extended Stay America" We are not from the east and are not familiar with the term, "ESA"”

“This is a good choice I you are looking to save money, I can admit that this is the cleanest extended stay I ever stayed, rooms are clean, friendly stuff. I was very hard to find an extended stay that has friendly stuff. But this one does. And usually you get to smell curry, but I did not smell anything in this one. Over all it is worth staying here.” Hotel Representatives:
