• It was so close to the Lucy downtown attractions.
• I wish it had a whirlpool in the pool area.

“I would stay at this hotel again. 2 short blocks from the Lucy attractions. Lots of shopping, and restaurants close by. I felt safe in the hotel. It was nice and clean. The fridge in room was very nice to have.”

• The rooms were very clean. Even smelled very clean.
• There is no parking! No one warned us they had only about ten spots.

“If there was ample parking this would have been great. The room was very comfortable, very clean and relatively quiet. The staff told us to leave our brand new car parked on a hill blocks away were there was parking. We instead spent an hour in the parking lot waiting for a spot to open up so we didn't have to worry about our car! The parking ruined the trip.”

• No Room Service.

“The only problem was there was some kind of bus travelers there and they took up the entire breakfast room. It was not very comforting in the breakfast area for my son and I.”

• The overall attitude of everyone, including the ladies that gave us our extra towels.
• Would like to have seen eggs and bacon and" fresh " fruit for breakfast.

“Thank you for a very pleasant stay at your hotel. I didn't catch the girl's name at the front desk, but she was very helpful with our check-in. Keith was very nice and helpful. The room I had was very clean, and it was a nice sized room. We were in town August 11-13 for a show that my fiancés did with his band Graphite Symphony, at Sawbucks. So as you know, Sawbucks is right across the road so the location was perfect for us. The price was the best. So yes, with that price and friendliness, we will definitely be staying at your hotel when we come to town. Also, there were two other couples which were there for the show that stayed at your hotel and they couldn't say enough about how friendly everyone was and how nice the rooms were. Thanks again ya'll.”
