“The room was very nice. I was kind of surprised that it did not have a small refrigerator and microwave though for the price.”

• Breakfast & staff.
• No pool.

“The room was clean, quiet, & comfortable, but the hallways could use some updating. The contnental breakfast was more than adequate. The only serious defect, from our perspective was the lack of a pool.”

• The staff was extra friendly.
• There was nothing about the hotel I did not like.

• Forced to stay in smoking room, extremely unhappy about this.

• Friendly, helpful desk clerks.
• Had to pass through smoking section on my floor to get to non smoking rooms.

“Decent value for the price. Room was as expected and check-in and out were quick and easy. Would recommend this hotel to business and family travelers.”

“We were very pleased with the Comfort Inn in Jamestown, NY...especially the free broadband internet service and the hot breakfast (waffles) they offered. the room was pleasant and large enough to be quite comfortable. The price however was outrageous, and about 2X what I would have expected to pay.”
