• It exists.
• Unclean and keys did not work.

“It was a bad experience in an already stressful weekend of our daughter's IUP graduation. First impression of the rooms was that the keys did not work. Opened the door and noticed a filthy floor. Fixtures looked as though they had been dusted in months. Toilet not cleaned. We tried to enter the west entrance after hours while it was raining - none of our keys would work. I had to leave my 86-year-mother out in the rain while I RAN around through the front door to let my family in.”

“Got money back for dirty sheets. Old, dirty, run down hotel. Staff friendly. Overworked night staff (only 1) was maid, receptionist, and checked people in.”

“I would not want my neighbors dog to sleep in a place this disgusting. It was dirty, ill lit and the staff did not seem to understand why I was upset with a room with stained carpets wall and bed sheets let alone the handful of hair left in the bath tub.”
