• Public space provided a lot to do for the kids.
• Room was small. Carpets were new, but not modern otherwise.

“Most of the staff was friendly. Service was a bit slow in the restaurant. Public space was nice and well kept. It may have been newly renovated. The large open area was great for the kids - indoor pool, a 1-hole miniature golf, ping-pong, pool table, a few very old video games. The room was on the small side. carpets were new, but bathroom needs to be fixed up and modernized. A mini fridge in the room is also needed.”

• Dated décor.

“This was a great place to stay for one night like we did. With the Courtyard pool and play things, it would probably also be a nice place to stay for more than one night. Although, I might be concerned if there was a group having a party and we had a room on the Courtyard. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to get connecting rooms.”

• Right off the highway.
• Hallways smell like smoke.

“Hotel smells like smoke even on non-smoking floors although room didn't smell. Hotel is old and showing its age. Pool looked okay, very small and dark though.”

• Location.
• Hotel is no better than a super 8 or Motel 6. How dare they charge double the money?

“Lousy service, dirty carpets. Don't bother with the breakfast buffet. Cold and tasteless. Only good thing going is the location but there are a few other places in the area that are at half the price.”

• It has a good location.
• It smelled like cigarette smoke, even in the courtyard, and in the "non smoking" room.

“The main centerpiece of the motel seems to be the bar. I was embarrassed by it. I could see that it brought in customers who were not residents of the motel rooms. It therefore did not seem safe to me. The floor plan is made in such a way that you have to go through the bar in order to get to your room, or else you have to go all the way around the bar making several turns in confusing hallways, or go around outside. My son accidentally walked through the bar because he did not understand my instructions on how to avoid it. It's a bad floor plan!”

• It was convenient and very easy to find.
• My room had direct access to the pool, which made it rather noisy while the pool was still open.

“The room was comfortable and room service was very fast and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was having a room off of the pool. It was rather noisy until 11pm.”

“This hotel was very nice, although I missed the continental breakfast and the heated pool was too cool for my taste. It is an upscale hotel and luxurious.”
