• I liked the morning breakfast.
• I did not like the unhelpful staff.

“They gave us a smoking room, and I have two family members with asthma. I was willing to pay more for a different room, but they would still not switch the room. Then when the toilet seat broke, the desk clerk told me quote, "It's Sunday, we don't have any maintenance staff on Sunday. You will just have to deal with it."”
