• This hotel was very convenient for my travel need. Room was clean and quiet.
• Trash cans were overflowing with trash in breakfast area first thing in the morning.

“Hotel is convenient and easy to find. Plenty of gas and quick food locations nearby. Room was clean, staff was friendly. This is a great hotel for business travel.”

• I was thankful to only stay for one night.
• There was a smell to it everywhere, the water wasn't hot, the bed was uncomfortable.

“For a 1 or 1.5 star hotel, perhaps it's understandable that a hotel wouldn't offer amenities or an outdoor pool, but I expected at least to have hot water in my shower and a comfortable bed. When we walked into the room, it had a smell. It was a very distinct old smell, as if everything had just been dusted off. Overall, things seemed clean, the TV, fridge, etc. in the room worked fine, but the shower had no pressure in it and the water wouldn't go past warm.”

• Location.
• Unclean.

“We were just passing through town so my primary needs were clean and reasonably priced. The rugs were so bad, you could feel something far worse than just dirt against your bare feet. It was so disgusting, I actually washed my feet again in the morning before I put on shoes.”

• Convince, price was affordable, friendly and helpful staff.
• Could have been a little cleaner, fresher scent.

“The staff worked with us when we finally decided to change rooms because of a noisy neighbor and the ice machine just outside our room. The complimentary breakfast was good. Location had a few nice restaurant selections to choose from within walking distance.”

• The wireless internet was fast and easy to use.
• Filthy carpeting and public spaces, poor maintenance overall.

“About the only good thing I can say is that the sheets were clean and the internet worked well. But the public spaces are dark and dirty, the hallways are narrow with filthy carpeting, the room carpeting is dirty, the fixtures in the room are falling out of the walls/ceilings, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the furnishings were old, worn, dirty (chewing gum on the nightstand!) dark, and dated. The climate control worked but was damp and moldy. I will never stay here again.”

• Could not find restaurant staff!

“Older property but the place was very clean. The staff was friendly. I wanted to eat in their on property restaurant bout could not find any staff. Perhaps my experience was a one off. On the whole the place was fine.”

• The room was not nearly worth the price.

“My room smelled unclean, had bugs and was overall not a nice room. The bed was uncomfortable and the thermostat didn't work. The lobby was dirty and cluttered. Overall satisfaction very low.”

• It was convenient to both my daughter and Pittsburgh.
• Room was seedy. Halls & lobby not air conditioned.

“I asked to use their computer to pre-print my boarding passes and was refused. This hotel was far below.”

• Affordable, convenient to location. Staff was helpful and courteous.
• No complaints.

“Very satisfied with this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a plus. They had more features in the room than we expected, such as an iron and refridgerator. It was clean and well arranged. Every staff member was pleasant, friendly and helpful.”

• Absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!!!!
• Everything, Rude Staff, Dirty Hotel, Refused to Help us it was AWFUL!!!!

“The front desk staff is RUDE, they refused any request, such as menus for delivery places (which the information in the room said to ask for), Refused to give us clean pillow cases or other pillows.The gate to the pool was broke and I smashed my fingers in it, trying to open the gate.The hallways and public areas were run down and dirty in all the corners. Hallway carpet was dirty and unvacumed. Rooms still not ready well after the posted check in time.The bed spreads actually smelled, they were so dirty.This place is a MESS.The continental breakfast items had NO serving utensils, so obviously everyone was just reaching in with their bare hands, which is a violation of federal and state health regulations.Really this was an awful stay.The staff mocked my wife, daughter and I on check in and literally made fun of us, while we were standing there.”

• Rooms are cold, heat did not work, sink drain plugged.

“We arrived @ 11:00 AM eastern time on 3/3/05 and requested early check in. The owner was working the desk, said check in time was 3:00 PM and rooms were not clean. The parking lot was empty, I believe the owner was being a jerk and would not let us check in early. We have stayed at this Hotel a number of times in the past 2 years and will never stay there again. Thank You”
