“We just wanted a place to spend the night. This motel was comfortable and quiet. I have been in ones that are noisy but this one was not.”

• Clean, friendly and convenient.

“The rooms were clean and well kept. When we asked for something like extra pillows they were delivered straight away. The amenities were nice like the pool and the breakfast and they were very friendly and helpful.”

• The location.
• The room smelled.

“Great location but the room smelled and it was dark and creepy outside and around the hotel. Did not like the fact that the hotel didnt have windows you could open. (Exp. to air out room!) Room was dusty but the bathroom was very clean.”

• The location was convenient.
• Dirty, poorly maintained.

“What a real disappointment. I have stayed at this motel many times over the past 10 years. This was by far the worst. The property was previously well maintained, but has not had attention for a while. The grounds were shabby and the grass was about 3 inches high. This used to be a really nice property. This is my last stay here. The breakfast area was dirty, unsupervised and poorly maintained.”

• It was just painted and the paint smell was very strong.
