• The price was good.
• The rooms are in very bad repair.

“The first room had holes in the curtains. Rusty bathtub facet. Lot of flying bugs. I think they might be flees. We asked for another room and got one with an air condition that needed repair and asked for a third room that was in fair condition.”

• Unfriendly staff, rooms very dirty, pillows hard & lumpy.

“When I requested the manageress to move my disabled son to another room as his had no fridge or microwave, I was told they could not help. This is unacceptable. My wife and I were put into a room which was filthy. There were items in the fridge (spills everywhere) and food which had dropped between the bed and the dresser table, all over the floor. It was cleaned up the next day.”

• The only saving grace was an overworked employee who was by herself, but still polite.
• The rooms were very unclean and unkept. I debated just leaving and taking the loss.

“The quality suites company usually provides decent enough service, but the location on Seneca rd was way below par. The main lobby looked very attractive and updated, but the rooms were very retro (but not in a good way) and unclean. The only portion of my stay that was bearable was the polite service by the only employee who seemed to be overworked. I have used similar sites and had great results, but my experience has been horrible. The hotel was so unclean I almost just left the hotel and just take the loss in the room fee.”

• The bed.
• The fact that I expected to be in a suit for the money I spent.
