• Receptionist was wonderful.
• Admission policy. Cleanliness. Wake up call for lighter.

“I would have to say at this point that the receptionist, was wonderful and I understand she was only doing her job. She was so helpful to me. When I got to the room some of the towels were dirty and I could not use one pillow. Then at 7.15am I got a phone call from the night porter and she asked if I had a lighter or match. I did not request an alarm call. Never experienced anything like that!”

• Newly renovated, huge rooms, low prices.
• Pool was closed for winter. Needs heated indoor pool/spa.

“I had some difficulty finding this listing to place a review, because it's formerly a knights inn, becoming a days inn (with no sign up). I found the motel through discount motel travel coupons (2 coupons, one in each name), and to be honest, it looks pretty bad from the outside. The lobby didn't look great, either, and the clerk had to call someone to make sure they do have Wi-Fi as promised. I was tired, needed to rest, and didn't want the hassle of finding another motel. So I bit the dust and pulled out my credit card. Imagine my delight upon seeing the room! Newly renovated with *nice* furniture/carpet/decorations, the huge room had micro/frig, 25" TV and sliding glass door through which we unloaded the car. The outside needs work and landscaping, and the pool was closed for the season (drat a heated pool and hot tub are just what this motel needs). But don't let the outside keep you away. They seem to be doing everything right, and you won't be disappointed (at least, not until they raise the rates!).”

• I liked that I only had to stay one night.
• It was old and dirty.

“I found this place to be dirty! There was hair on the sink and in the tub. It looked as though someone just changed the sheets and towels before opening the room again. I will not stay there again!”
