• The hot tub was broken and had been for months.

“Everything was fine except that the hot tub was broken and had been for a long time. Health problems made the hot tub a key factor when booking this hotel for this trip.”

• The indoor pool was phenomenal as was location.
• Everything was very satisfying.

• The complimentary breakfast was awesome.
• The halls/stairs were dusty.

“The pool/hot tub were nice, even though it said no lifeguard. There was one and he let the pool stay open one hour past closing. The beds were really comfortable and room very quiet. It would have been nice if the Bathroom exhaust fan worked.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful. They served a hot breakfast every day. We enjoyed the fitness room and pool.
• The hotel had some mold in bathroom and pool area.

“The hotel was older and had some stains on the carpet and some mold. The whirlpool was not working the last day we were there. The beds were clean and made up everyday as well as the bathroom stocked with towels. A good location to the area attractions. A good value for our family.”

• The bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly.
• Not many restaurants nearby, hot tub was green.

“Pretty clean for an older hotel. Our TV remote didn't work and we were moved to a different room, staff was very friendly and helpful during this. Comfortable beds.”

• The view.
• The shower plumbing.

“I was pleased with the overall experience. The room was clean, the staff was courteous. The pool and Jacuzzi was great. It also had a nice view of the surrounding hillside.”

• Nothing.
• Not remolded at all, blood on the inside of the bedspread, 90 minutes to get pizza room service, lights went out, missing light bulbs, broken remote.

“Indoor pool - dirty, I did the life guarding while the real life guard twirled his whistle. Hotel was dirty, carpet either ripped or many places buckled for unsafe walking, asked for a roll cot at 3pm still wasn't delivered at 11pm, bathroom was the smallest I have ever encountered, dinner there was a fiasco ordered pizza for room service and it still took 90 minutes. Lost power briefly and air conditioner wouldn't start again, calking around the sink was coming off. When we reserved this hotel is stated newly remodeled - what a joke! Only 2 lamps worked the other either had no bulbs or they were broken and the remote had no batteries and then when we got batteries the remote still did not work the volume or the channels! Tables for the breakfast were not cleared or wiped off. Huge disappointment.”

• The staff was helpful and the free breakfast was very good.
• The bathroom needed renovations and looked dirty.

“A hotel close to highways and tourist attractions. Surprisingly quiet with no traffic noise and no noise from surrounding rooms; although you could hear hallway traffic. The free breakfast was filling and had many choices available. Our bathroom really needed renovation; no fan, stained tub, and the commode didn't flush well. Helpful staff and a clean room, even if the room was looking tired.”

“Overall we had a good experience. The breakfast buffet was great; although I would have liked to have more fruit options. It was great to have laundry facilities.”

• Location was great.
• Breakfast was poor and area was not clean.

“The location was great for the reason we were there. We were unhappy with the food area. We had to wipe off our own table and the floor was dirty. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.”
