• Friendly staff.
• Was first placed in smoking room but changed me to non smoking upon request even though hotel full.

• It was an attractive hotel, tucked in amongst trees. The coffee was better than star bucks!
• The room could have been cleanlier, the tub had a bar of used soap in it and there was paper trash under the bed.

“The staff were friendly and the setting was great. The continental breakfast started at 5 am, which is an added plus for the early riser's.”

• It was clean, restaurant was very good, and bed was good.
• No refrigerator in room, air freshener needed in certain areas.

“The room and lobby were very clean and well kept. Their restaurant is first class. They should have a small refrigerator in each room. Also they should use more air freshener inside the entrances and in rooms.”

• Non smoking accommodations were not available.

• Easy wifi connection, good location.
• Plumbing problems, ugly damaged carpeting, and door won't close by itself.

“This hotel needs to be renovated. The carpeting in the hallways was bubbled up off of the floor. The bathroom sink wouldn't shut off sometimes, and sometimes we lost the cold water during our showers, which was unpleasant to say the least. We were on a ground floor, which meant the windows were accessible to the parking lot.”

• The room was very clean and comfortable. Liked the continental breakfast.
• Mix-up in billing.

“The hotel was in a very quiet convenient location. The room was very clean and well-kept. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. The towels looked new and I liked the sheet over and under the blanket. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.”
