• Housekeeping was adequate.
• Owner/GM entirely uninterested in hearing/solving complaints.

“Checked in. Clogged toilet. Desk staff refused to fix it, gave me a plunger and told me I had to do it myself. Stayed in non smoking section, 3 of the 4 guests in room next to us constantly smoking and smoke filtering into our room. Staff refused to ask them to stop smoking, said we could move our stuff if we wanted. Hot tub is lukewarm at best and pool is cold.”
