• Nothing.
• Needs new carpets beds and bed covers.

“I was very disappointed that the hotel was not comfortable. Beds needs new and clean sheets. Floors need new carpets and the lights keeps flickering and also the cable went out, so therefore I was not able to watch my regular Sunday morning news and television programs. I would like to receive pertaining to my charges to my credit card.”

• Rooms were clean. Service was ok, not a family hotel at all.
• Lots of young people running up and down the halls all night. Lots of people in parking lot late at night making lots of noisy.

“Hotel in a different location may have been ok. The rooms were big and clean. Would not recommend for someone with children or that is looking for a family friendly hotel.”

• The front desk receptionist was very kind.
• The entire hotel smelled of smoke, even the non-smoking rooms.

“If you are looking for a cheap place that is close to the convention center and feels relatively safe, choose this place. However, do not expect a comfortable bed, attractive decorations, or a smoke-smell-free room.”
