“This is a great hotel for business travelers, romantic getaway or a family. The location is great. A very nice upscale mall is located beside the hotel. Outstanding convention facilities. Good security and outstanding customer service.”

“Upon arrival to the hotel room we found the bed unmade down to the mattress. After a quick phone call to customer service and an hour and a half long dinner we returned to the room to find it in the same condition. We were moved, by registration, our "upgraded" room was slightly larger. The web site and my expectations regarding the price of the room were not met.”

“The average rate is misleading. The room was very clean which is important. The nearby mall was large, but filled with trendy teen shops and the usual pricey assortment of gadgets. Check in and out was very efficient. This hotel is gigantic, not very relaxing, felt more like an airport at times. I would recommend it with one exception. For a hotel of this size, there is no dining room with good food, just a bar with sandwiches and sushi, if you like that. You will have to drive again to find a nice restaurant. Breakfast is expensive, so we opted to head down the road. The room was quiet, beds were comfortable, but I wouldn't stay there again, just too many conventions going on.”

“The hotel was a very nice hotel for the rating, however for the type of hotel I expected to have at least a mini refrigerator to keep food overnight and a microwave.”

“Loved the location, but the unavailability of more than the bar was very disappointing.”

“This is a business hotel with lots of restaurants, clubs, and amenities such as an indoor pool, health club. We checked in late and they had given our room away, rather than making a big deal about it the employee immediately upgraded our room to the Presidential Suite, a top floor room that was wonderful! We had a great experience and would recommend staying there to anyone.”
