“This hotel is very convenient to many of the activities available in Greensboro. The rooms were very comfortable. So were the beds and pillows. Room was cleaned each day. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Hotel was very close to interstate 40 which made it easy to find late at night. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was a great stop over for us. We will use it again when we are traveling in that area.”

“Staff worked hard to correct problems with our room. Had to go through main lobby to get to and from pool in wet bathing suits. We liked the make your own waffle every morning.”

“They said that they were in the middle of remodeling. But the first night, I stayed in a room where the wall paper and parts of the wall above the window was quite dirty (mold). The mattresses were also dirty and the phone was in need of a good scrubbing. I didn't report this because when I checked in they had said please excuse the mess but when I was getting ready for bed on the second night, a big brown roach went behind the curtain. I was able to kill it with my shoe. I went to the front desk and reported it. The two ladies at the front desk were very nice and assigned me another room. (There was no fridge or microwave in this room either). The second room was on the same level (ground) but across the hall and down several doors. This room looked much better and it even smelled better and it had a fridge and microwave. I was feeling much better until the next morning when I was lounging on the bed, drinking my coffee and watching the news when I saw a huge brown roach crawl under the bedspread across the sheet. I tried to kill it but it went behind the dresser. I was given a 25% discount and I asked would they be taking care of the roach problem and they said they would be spraying after remodeling. But I am going to cancel next month's reservation even though the staff was apologetic.”
