• Desk personnel are always helpful and friendly.

“Convenient for our needs. Desk personnel are always professional, friendly and helpful. Have stayed there 6 or 7 times in the past 2 years and have always been treated with respect and professionalism.”

• Proximity to my destination.
• Even though it was a non-smoking facility, there were smokers just outside the entry smoking.

“Easy access from Ohio and Pittsburgh. Rooms bright, cheerful and the air conditioning were cool and quiet. A full service restaurant would be the only addition I would make.”

• Bed was comfortable.
• It was our anniversary; no one explained to me this was a 1st come 1st serve on the room type.

“It was our anniversary, we showed up at 8pm "ish" they gave us a handicapped person room! This was not acceptable, and they gave us another room.”
