• Leaving.
• Nastiness.

“Hotel was nasty. Room was not clean. Floor and sheets both sticky. Something bit me all night. I paid for 2 night but I stayed only 1. Hotel and priceline refused to refund my money for 2nd night after I complained at about 5:30 am of the first night.”

• Felt dangerous walking outside the room...a LOT of non-travelers living there.

“Not very good amenities...drink/snack/ice machines. Would not stay there again simply on safety concerns at night.”

• The room was generally clean.
• Very small room / no place to lay items in the bath.

“For a 1* hotel it was about the quality level I expected. The bathroom needs a vanity rather than just a sink, so there is someplace to lay shaving kits etc. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. This should be fixed.”

• The told us the room was not paid for and it was on our last credit card statement.

“It was hard to find. It was a long way from the airport.

Would not stay there again.”

• Close to the airport.
• Nobody in office when I checked out, had to slide key card under door.

“Nice, with all the amenities. Has cable instead of dish service, so the Weather Channel actually has the local forecast, which I liked.”

“The hotel lobby closed at 11pm. Unfortunately, we didn't arrive until 12pm. We spent almost 30 minutes trying to get help from the security guard on duty. He was very helpful but having to sit in a car in 30 degree weather while my husband (who's out in the weather) trys to locate a security guard is unacceptable.”
