• Historical and charming.
• Location not convienent to essentials.

“ This was a great hotel that was historical, comfortable, and all around wonderful. The staff was friendly, the internet was free and I have no complaints with any aspect of the hotel itself, especially for the price I paid. ”

• Beautiful! Awesome location! Better than we dreamed!
• Not enough towels and no caffeine coffee the 1st night.

“This place is historically wonderful and very beautiful. In the best location in town - right in the middle of it all! We parked the car and walked to everything all weekend. Staff needs to be more knowledgeable about the historic significance of this site - nobody could answer my questions.”

• Beautiful, historic structure with a lot of charm and class.
• Rooms were not as nice as expected, but comfortable and clean.

“Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean, and the hotel is within walking distance of everything you'd want to see. Also conveniently located to hop on the local public transportation.”

• Exspensive parking.

“This hotel was in an excellent location. It was easy to walk to everything. The staff was friendly. The parking was expensive. $20.00 at county garage next door or $23.00 valet. When I asked at check-in about on street parking the staff didn't know. I also found one block down parking at a flat rate of $6.00 which I think the staff should know about, and would be an option for people checking in.”

• Excellent hotel, friendly staff. I would stay there again.

“Excellent hotel. We arrived on a very rainy day at the same time as many others and it was difficult to unload our car. The staff was extremely helpful and made the process a non-event. The room was spacious and well appointed. Would stay there again.”

• No medicine at 3 AM. (Had a bad headache).

• Beautiful lobby, very helpful staff, wonderful location.

“Unable to write review of this hotel because
I paid for two rooms but Priceline only sent hotel confirmation for one room and this hotel was fully booked so Priceline downgraded our stay to another hotel out of the area, the staff was very helpful in trying to resolve the situation which i cannot say the same of Priceline who were extremely incompetent.”

• I liked the fact of using room card for floor we were on. Much nicer than our stay before.
• Little long in obtaining car from valet.

“Great room and view. Very clean and upper floor (7 and up) are best.”

• Great location.
• Tiny rooms, bathrooms were horrible! Barely enough room to turn around.

“Definitely not what I expected, did not compare favorably to other hotels that I have stayed at within the area.
Parking was $20 a night plus 2 blocks away, staff was apathetic at best. Small rooms with tiny bathrooms. Would not go back!”
