• Liked the kitchenette and the roominess, and good parking
• No shuttle service from airport although it was very close.

“People were friendly and helpful. The convience and location to the airport was a plus. The only draw back would be is it did not have a shuttle from the airport. You would have needed a rental car. The bus shuttle or cab would have been a little expensive.”

• It was a great location and easy to locate the highway.
• Too noisy in the morning when trying to get that last few minutes sleep in.

• The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious for my daughter and myself.
• No pool or exercise room or ice machine.

I stayed for 3 nights , the front desk was helpful moving us from the ground floor were we didn't feel as secure. Our stay was comfortable with no complaints.”

• Convenient & affordable.
• Odor (like some weird food).

“When I arrived the hotel at night, absolutely no light was on. I did not even recognize the spot. The floor was filled with smell came from food someone cooked somewhere near my room. It was dead sick. I will never ever stay the hotel.”

• Toilet lacked sanitary paper; did not seem extraordinarily clean. Room rather small.

• The staff was amazing. The room was great for the price.
• It could have been a little more clean.

“The hotel is in a very good location near the Piedmont Triad Airport. I stayed there along with my husband and our two dogs. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, turning our day around. The hotel was great for the price and especially for those traveling with pets. It was clean especially compared to other pet rooms I have stayed in.”

• Should not be marketed as a non-smoking room.

“Convenient location to Triad Airport and Business 85. Room needed updating (carpet, furniture, etc.). Room was not very clean (mold growing in shower). Room was marketed as a non-smoking room, however, cigarette burns were present on all bed linens, not to mention the terrible odor of cigarettes.”

• Nice double beds.
• No shuttle service available from nearby airport.

“Hot water did not always work well. Small Kitchen facilities were sub par. Cook top without an oven. Small, one basin sinks with very little counter space. Large spacious refrigerator. Maid service daily was efficient. No soap or shampoo in bathroom.”

• Only 1 trashcan and that was in the bathroom.

“Staff was very helpful. Hotel room had everything from microwave, mini fridge, stove but only one trashcan and that was in the bathroom. I would stay there again.”

• It was close to the airport, inexpensive, and comfortable.
• The office was locked up when we wanted to leave in the morning.

“This is a basic, clean motel. It was perfect for us, as all we needed was a place to sleep before our early morning flight out of GSO. It has a full kitchen in each room, which would have been a great convenience if we'd been staying longer. No free breakfast, which is a drawback?”

• Hotel would be nice if rooms were cleaner.
• The hotel is a very nice, but the rooms are not thoroughly clean. I brought my own sheets, pillows and cleaning supplies. Recliner was filthy.

“I do like the hotel. Cute room, but would be much nicer if rooms were cleaner. Shampoo and vacuum recliner chair when dirty. Goodness knows what people do on those recliner! Ours was dirty. Clean the bed spreads. Did not use dishes, bought paper plates, cups because dishes and silver ware was not clean. Combs in draws. Tub not clean at all, had to clean it myself. Brought disinfectant spray and cleaners to use in the bathroom. The cleaning staff need to take more time in cleaning. All in all after I cleaned my own room, I enjoyed the room. P.S. don't forget to disinfect the remote for the TV. Some people don't wash their hands after going to the bathroom!”

• Convenient to the airport; close to restaurants, friendly staff, clean room.
• Only 2 bath towels, directions to hotel could be better.

“Hotel was clean and conveniently located near Greensboro Airport. Was more appropriate for business traveler staying for more than 1 day because it had stove, microwave, & sink in room which we did not use.”

• Internet access.
• Not very clean.

“This is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Once you enter the interior, its a Motel 6. On the outside its Marriot facial. Rooms very small and had to actually re-clean the room myself. Couldn't sleep for bed springs in my ribs and room next doors alarm going off at 5 am. I would be very desperate to stay there again.”

• I liked that it was possible to go to Golds Gym to exercise.
• No pool.

“A clean Hotel with bigger rooms, good for longer stays. Its close to Interstate 40 and the shopping malls. The Staff is very Friendly and helpful.”
