• The pillows were great!
• We were in a smoking room and it smelled a lot like smoke.

• Convenient to the hwy and shopping.
• Front staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly.

“The hotel in itself was decent but the front staff was unhelpful. Despite having paid for the room I was told I did not pay enough and would be billed an extra ten dollars. The desk person was rude about it despite even though I had nothing to do with price. No use having a choice privileges card either because they don't honor the points.”

• The room was clean.
• No hot water for the shower.

“I would not recommend staying here. Very out of the way. Nothing around the hotel. There was no hot water for the shower. Desk clerk told me to run the shower for 15 minutes. It was still cold. I called back again and she said to run it for 15 more minutes! Which did finally work, but who plans on an additional 30 minutes to get hot water before you can get ready in the morning?”

• It was clean.
• The washroom was small.

“This hotel said that the room I booked had two queen beds; however, they were only double beds. We had asked the front desk about it, but they said that it was a queen bed. The washrooms are really small, in the corner of the room.”

• Had to climb stairs to get to room, and stairs were placed very inconveniently.

• Dirty and unkempt.
