“Beware! We stayed in room 102 at days inn, orange Ave. The front desk person when we checked in and also when we checked out was very unfriendly/2 different people. The room was okay, but when I went in to take a shower, the shower curtain was so filthy with dirt and mold at the bottom of it, that I could not even pull it closed. It was stuck together at the bottom. I just lifted it open and let the water go on the floor, what different did it make anyway? Is it so hard to clean a shower curtain? I have stayed in Says inn in other cities, but never had a problem before. Maybe the health department needs to make a visit.”

“Would not recommend this hotel to visitors. Our room had a bad odor and the bathroom was so bad we had to keep the door closed. Cable TV did not have a clear channels and beds very uncomfortable. We stayed because it was in walking distance to the Civic Center in Roanoke but was not worth it.”
