• Did not get the room ordered.

“Supposed to have got a king bedded room, but was not available. Clerk say only one available was around back near night club with loud music atleast he was honest.”

• Nothing.
• It was dirty, no hot water, not quite, scary, creepy, not safe.

“It wasn't safe, it was scary, it was in the path of the ups and there plans so it was very loud. The sheets had stains, the carpet covered the walls which was hollow behind it. No cable. It was scary at night.”

• The room was neat & clean.
• The hotel was very hard to fine, it was not enought parking space, the pool was not open. the staff was not helpful at all.

• Near the airport.
• Everything about it. The motel had nothing that it said on the Internet well that could be used anyway.

“I am so glad they have these reviews. On May 26, 2006, I checked into this motel and had booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival I did just like everyone else and checked in and got the key. Took my luggage to the room and turned the air conditioner on because it was blazing hot outside. The rooms were so stuffy we couldn't sit inside. We noticed the rooms were not cooling at all. We reported that the AC was not working in either room. We were told the owner would be up to check on it. 1 1/2 hours later we go to the front desk only to be told to look at a camera monitor at the owner trying to get his son to come to his motel door. We had been on the balcony for over an hour waiting. We asked about the Wendy's that was suppose to be in the lobby. NO WENDYS. So we decided to go to the pool while we waited. The gentleman at the front desk did not say the pool was seasonal at the time. He said he had called someone to come clean it out but no one will come. Very dissatisfied I asked for my money back. I was told that I could get a cancellation for the second night but not the first. When asked why I was told to look at a sign on the front desk stating "no refunds for any reason" I called the bank and was told the charges had not been charged so they couldn't do anything. When the charges showed up I was told since the card was a debit card and I booked the hotel in advance on the internet then I would have to go to the motel. I was told that I could get a refund for the second night on both rooms but not the first. Since I stayed at another motel and did not stay at this motel because of their lack of maintenance and fraudulent advertising I wanted all my money refunded. I called the franchise and was told that the Airport Days Inn said that I stayed in both rooms and housekeeping was done on both rooms for two nights and the AC was working fine. In the next breathe I was told since the AC was not working the hotel management tried to accommodate me in another room. So either I stayed in the original rooms or another room? Anyway, the Franchise for Days Inn then ask that I send them a copy of a receipt showing I stayed in another motel. My friend ended up paying for the other motel which I just say was double the price and was not planned in our budget for this trip. I still have not received my refund for $225.00 for both of those nights for the two rooms. So unless you want to go through with what I have had to go through then don't stay here. Don't believe me....look up on other websites and read the other reviews. It is sad because we own a business and up until this we always used Days Inn for our workers out of town. If this is not cleared up then we will never use them again.”
