“This is a nice older hotel in the Oakland section on the north side of Pittsburgh. The hotel staff are professional and courteous and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.”

“Good hotel, nice location, friendly staff. Only complaint that would keep me away from going back is the incredible noise both nights from some type of street construction or garbage pick up. Staff could have been more proactive trying to place us on a side of the hotel away from the noise, or at least identifying the source of the disturbance and providing accurate information.”

“The hotel was nice and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom ceiling needed to be repaired and the air conditioner need to be cleaned as there was large amounts of lint in it.”

“Smallish rooms, unimpressive staff, and sparse amenities distinguish this Wyndham hotel. On one of the five days of my stay, housekeeping neglected to clean the room. Parking is limited to metered on-street parking or the hotel's valet parking at $17 per day. Room service is absurdly overpriced ($7.50 for coffee) and to add insult to injury there is a $2 delivery fee and 18% service charge.”

“The hotel is a friendly facility with ample size, clean rooms and most necessary amenities. The staff is anxious to please. Whatever needs one may have, if they not at the hotel, then they would surely be available close by.”

“A well located hotel with nicely appointed large rooms. The bathroom was fine, but not up to the level of the room itself vis a vis decor and appointments. The room was great for the Priceline price, but would have felt overpriced.”

“The hotel and staff was excellent. Our weekend stay in Pittsburgh was perhaps the most pleasant hotel we've ever experienced. The only negative was the obvious smoker in a nearby room, whose smoke came through the bathroom vent. Of course, this is difficult for a hotel to control.”
