• It didn't have cockroaches, at least none I could see.
• It was filthy, personnel were unfriendly and it was extremely uncomfortable.

“This hotel was embarrassing to stay in. I knew we were paying less than some hotels but it was ridiculous. The staff was either rude or arrogant. I felt unsafe to go up in the elevator. The continental breakfast was a joke and the washing machine was pumping water through the toilets all night. Spend the extra cash and don't stay here!”

• Wheelchair accessible was nice and thought-out.
• The bathtub was pretty high.

“As I said before, I'm in a wheelchair. So I like to assess how hotels believe they are wheelchair accessible. I was happy to find out that I believe Comfort Inn-West Mifflin did a fine job of accommodating people with physical disabilities. Things were lowered; the sink had a clear entranceway underneath so people in wheelchairs could get closer; and doorways were wide.”

• Nothing I was surprised it was a comfort inn.
• The whole place smelt like people smoking.

“I was not happy with the way the hotel smelt, the whole place smelt like a cigarette. I guess it's not there fault but I will not stay there again, even on the elevator people were smoking.”

• Proximity to Jefferson funeral home.
• Parking was not the best.

• Location to my event.
• Dirty, wet towel left in room from previous occupant, remote did not work.

“This was not convent. I asked about the pool hours and was told that as long as the lifeguard showed the hours were as stated. Overall I was not impressed and would not stay there again.”

• Awoke in the morning to find that I was sharing my room with ants.

• It was in a good location for my travel needs.
• The cleaning of the floors in our room could have been better.

“The staff were polite and efficient. The kitchen breakfast was good. I would stay here again in the future for the location and price.”

• The staff was extremely helpful at all times and aimed to please all requests.
• Aroma of smoke in rooms and halls. Requested non smoking, but filled.

“Overall, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were the best. Except for the odor of smoke in the rooms and halls, everything went very well.”
