• We were checked-in before the indicated time since we were early, spacious room, nice bed.

• The room was clean and neat.
• The location was terrible. Though it was right next to the highway it was in a bad area and I would never go back or bring my children there.

“The hotel was neat and clean as other reviewers had stated and I chose the hotel based off of those reviews. The furniture you could tell was new and the bed very comfortable. The continental breakfast was also very good.”

• The suite was two huge rooms.
• No hot water. Unsafe area. Rundown.

“I would not stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it to any one else. I felt the area was very unsafe. We had no hot water in the morning. The hotel was very run down. I would stay a hotel closer to the airport. That area seemed much safer, about 2 miles north of this hotel.”

• The staff is wonderful. The bed is great. The breakfast is plentiful.
• The room is very small.

“The hotel is located right off the highway which made it very convenient to get where you are going. The pool was very nice except when the cleaning people had the washer and dryer room door open. It is located next to the pool. The staff is amazing. Anything you needed or wanted they were there for you! The room is small but comfortable. A small room divider between the beds does not constitute a suite. At one side outside entrance the air conditioning unit above would literally rain on you.”

• Clean - updated - easy access to the freeway.
• Physical location was not that attractive - but functional.

“Very pleasant from check in to departure. Room was recently redone - small but very functional. Breakfast was hot and very good. Beds were very comfortable. Located right next to the freeway - which was very nice and did not notice any road noise. Too cool to use the pool - but looked like a nice area. Nice place to stay.”

• Comfortable bed, nice linens and down blanket.
• Questionable safety of location.

“I was pleasantly surprised at the nice linens, comfortable bed, good cleaning service. The small bathroom was very recently renovated and was above average. You can tell it's a fixed up old property, but the fix-up job was pretty OK. Aside from the room, the amenities are nothing much to speak of. Sketchy, almost creepy neighborhood. Nearby trains. Overall, not bad.”

• Very clean, bed extremely comfortable, dark curtains, check out 12 noon.

“The room was very clean, king size bed extremely comfortable, black out curtains, we loved that check out time was 12 noon. Didn't feel rushed to get up and get moving, housekeeping did not disturb us by knocking at the door at before noon making us feel rushed to get out. Brief as our stay was it was very relaxing and enjoyable will definitely stay again if in the Charleston area.”

• Fabulous bathroom, comfy room, plush bed, friendly staff.
• Not the best location.

“We had a wonderful stay. Clean unique bathroom. Beautiful comfortable bed. Lovely feel. The only down was the location. Great for travel - not a resort but completely worth the money.”

• The beds were nicer than any hotel I've every stayed in. They were as nice and comfortable as Embassy suites were we stayed for our honeymoon.
• It didn't bother me but the only thing I can think that would keep others away is the train track directly behind the hotel.

“Overall, it was a very pleasant and neat hotel. Located right beside o the interstate/highway. I have never know of a cheap hotel to have luxury beds but this one did; it's newly remodeled.”

• Employees were friendly, the room was nicely appointed. Loc
