• I really enjoyed the lobby area.

“ Excellent hotel and in a great location. The staff was friendly and accommodated all of our needs (including late checkout). The room was small, but clean and very nice. The lobby was beautiful. Starbucks was there in the lobby area. Excellent places to sit and visit with friends or colleagues. The fitness area is probably the nicest I have been at for a hotel. ”

• The room was a little bit small, but I suppose that is to be expected for such an old hotel.

• Friendly staff, beautiful lobby, and well-appointed large room.
• Outdated heating/cooling system in room - uncomfortably warm - windows did open.

“Great hotel for our "adult" get away. Wasn't there long enough to enjoy all aspects of hotel. Beautiful lobby, well-appointed room, comfortable bed. I would have loved to try the spa seemed reasonably priced and highly recommended.”

• Very classy atmosphere but you didn't feel out of place.

“The Omni Wm Penn, Pittsburgh was all it said it was. Very nice place to stay both in the hotel and the location. Accessible and not hard to get around the city.”

“We had a very nice stay at the Omni for a great weekend getaway. It was located near the event we attended and provided ease in the morning with a late check out to go shopping and tour Pittsburgh. We'd love to go back.”

• The location was convenient.
• The room was small, the heating unit barely worked.

“The heating unit in the first room was unbearably loud and we had to move. The bathroom in the second room was amazingly small. We had to ask for an extra chair, the armchair was missing. The heating unit was so inefficient that even with 40-50 F outside it had to run continuously just to keep the temperature constant at around 72F. I don't even want to imagine how it would be to spend a night there when it's below 32F outside.”

“The hotel is beautiful with very large rooms. It has a nice family and friendly bar. The staff is friendly and helpful. We prefer to stay here when visiting Pittsburgh.”

• Historical luxury provides unique experience to traveler.
• Small bathroom.

“Hotel is extremely well situated - only a 15 minute walk from major Pittsburgh attractions. We were fortunate to be in a high room with view to the front. It was fantastic ! Room is spacious but bathroom small. Met our expectations of a 4-star hotel. Staff was helpful, courteous, and very friendly. Our kids had a blast.”

• Cigarette smoke on a non-smoking floor.

“Although I requested a non-smoking room in advance, there was a definite odor of cigarette smoke on my floor. Although my room did not smell smoky, a definite smoke smell began seeping in from the hallway as the evening wore on. When I called the front desk to inquire as to whether or not smoking was allowed on the 16th floor, I was assured it was not, though the smoke smell was obvious in the hallway.”
