• It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Confusion and difficulty with parking.

• Great customer service and convenient to venues downtown. Very pleasant park-like surroundings--would be great in spring/summer & fall.
• Only one restaurant choice and the gift shop was only mediocre.

“The location of this hotel couldn't have been in a better spot. It was even better. Pretty good view of rivers and stadium.
I would definitely stay here again on my next travels to Pittsburgh.”

• Not enough valet parking spaces.

• Bathroom, TV, Bed and fixtures were top notch.
• Expensive to valet.

“During the one night that I stayed the room felt like a resort. I stayed at the Wyndham hotel the next night and was upset when compared to the Hilton.”

• Nice downtown location.
• Internet didn't work.

“Nice downtown location, nice rooms and staff was mostly friendly. However the Internet didn't work most of the time, the pay TV channels didn't work, the bathroom floor was covered with water every time I took a shower and the valet parking was a bit flaky.”

• Decor was nice.
• We were forced to use valet parking due to their own construction issues and charged an excessive amount.

“Staff did not control the lobby. Runners who completed the road race were wet and smelly and allowed to lounge in the lobby on the furniture. It was disgusting.”

• On Sunday evening the restaurant was under staffed.

• Great room with a wonderful view of the river and Heinz field.
• No where to park.

“The hotel had fast check in and a great staff. The hotel was VERY busy with a Steelers game and the staff handled it very well. Although parking is very hard to find and expensive.”

• convenient for walking but not parking
• no parking was available nor were the hotels able to keep up with the flow of traffic

“While the hotel had several benefits the lack of parking and lenghty waits for the elevator were very inconvenient. In addition to waiting for the elevator an attempt to take the steps resulted in being stuck in a stairway with not ground exit. The waiting for an elevator on the lower level was worse than waiting on our room floor. One would think that with the consistency with which people visit for the purpose of football games, they would have figured out a better plan for transitioning the guests.”

• beautiful, well appoiinted rooms

“hotel was beautiful b ut unfortunately it came up short. Our TV in our room did not work. They were supposed to fix it while we were out and they did not. Tub was clogged and hair dryer did not work. They did deliver one to our room promptly however after calling front desk. Their parking was filled so we and many guests were not able to valet park our cars at the hotel garage and hadd to park at private lot. Not thrilled with that after a long day of settling our son at college.On the brighter side, Room was gorgeous and beds were so comfortable! They need to work on less than acceptable service levels.”
