• Clean rooms and
  good location.
• Staff was unfriendly and not at all cooperative.

“The front desk had kept a smoking room for me and it took me rounds of begging to get a non smoking room. I feel lucky to have gotten a non-smoking room even though
I did not get my desired bed type. I wanted to do a late checkout by an hour and that request was denied very rudely. Other than those issues the room was in a great shape and it was a clean and quite place.”

• Close to the meetings I had and not far from downtown.
• Some stains in hallway on carpet. Should be cleaned.

“Nice hotel, meets your need and then some. Off the road, so not noisy. Entrance is on a hill so be mindful of this in winter months. Got icy while I stayed.”

• Clean, friendly, attentive, awesome view.
• Had to go through shopping center to get into driveway.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Had a refrigerator and microwave in the room - nice feature!”

• It was close to down town Pittsburg
• Cab services were inadequate I believe for being so close to the city

“The hotel was nice, however the yellow cab service was horrible, I ended up canceling my cab because I had waited for over an hour and my cab had still not showed up. Other cab services that I had contacted were either unavailable, or were very rude or snappy.”

• The beds were comfortable and
  the room was clean.

“I stayed at this hotel to have a getaway. It was clean and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The only downside was that the bed was so comfortable I did not want to wake up.”

• Lack of thoroughness in cleaning.

“Updated rooms, pleasant public areas. Location is not easy to access. Really, nothing is in walking distance because the hotel is high up steep drive.”

• The priceline price for the quality of the hotel.
• They didn't provide a light bulb when asked and they leave the room service trays all over the hallway.

“I was amazed at the quality of this hotel for our priceline price! The staff at the registration desk was friendly upon check-in. This hotel had a 24 hour fitness room, outside pool (too cold in April to swim) and a restaurant. It's location was excellent and close to shopping & restaurants.”

• Once located it was close to stores and my relatives.
• Very difficult to find, poor signage.

“I did not leave a tip for the maid, who did not leave me shampoo the second day and seemed to have done nothing but make up the bed.”

• Bad parking spaces location/ no hot water.

“If I was not stuck by paying in full I would have checked out. Food smell was coming out of the vents from the restaurant. Worst of all no hot water.”

“It was adequate for our convenience, very noisy someone having party on floor till late in night and couldn't sleep till early morning, was fairly clean, staff helpful when asked. Will stay again, hopefully a weekday next day.”
