• It was not well kept as compared to other courtyards that I have stayed in.

“Common areas not very clean - corridors had an overpowering citrus smell. Room was very cold as far as decor goes. Thinks needing repair such as the bathroom door knob which was falling apart.”

• 9.99 breakfast. Do you even care?

• Staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Only one thing that they did not do was mop the bathroom floor daily. Other than that every thing was awesome!

• Close to the Outlet Mall & Walmart.
• Construction nearby, military planes fly at 5:30am 7 days a week.

“This hotel is older but kept up fairly well. The staff is friendly & helpful. It's close to I-26, the Outlet Mall, Walmart & a short drive to downtown Charleston or the airport. Not a great area immediately around the hotel but is better on the other side of the interstate. It's noisy in the morning with nearby construction & the military starts flying at 5:30am every day of the week. It's the extra large aircraft that shakes the windows of the hotel, not the fast fighter jets.”

• Clean and easy to get to.

“Overall it was clean and the people were helpful and friendly. Other than a cafeteria there's not much of a selection of restaurants close to the hotel.”

• One front desk clerk named Jessie was very helpful.
• Other front desk clerks were not friendly at all.

“The room was small. It was clean though. I did not like that it did not come with at least a continental breakfast. The staff was not the most friendly that I have delt with with the exception of one man that worked the night shift. He was kind.”

• The entrance off the interstate seemed a little dangerous to me had no problems with it but didnt feel safe upon entering this road.

“Hotel was great other felt safe.
Would have liked a lounge to relax in.”

• Whirlpool.
• No way to re-enter with key card from pool area.

“Great hotel other than the lack of keycard access from the pool area. We had to get someone in the lobby area to let us back in.
