• Friendly staff, clean room, good location.
• No indoor pool, no restaurant, low
  TV channels.

“Nice hotel, with upscale furnishings, great breakfast bar, nice staff, very low number of TV channels, no indoor pool, very small rooms. Just not what you would expect for a 2.5 star.”

• The ability to have high speed internet in my room.
• Nothing.

“This is a fantastic hotel. The decor is very nice, the rooms are great. Clean and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the proximity to the airport and air force base and the noise from some of the larger planes, but not enough to really disturb anyone.”

• Room was newly renovated. Furnishings were very attractive.
• Left us only two large towels, one hand towel and no wash cloths.

“Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was lovely and very clean. Our only complaint is that on our second night house keeping left us only two bath towels, one hand towel and no washcloths!”

• The room was extremely clean.
• The renovations on the first floor were messy.

“The renovations that have been completed at the hotel are wonderful. Unfortunately, the first floor was a disaster area as well as the parking area due to the remodeling. The staff was very helpful and our room was spotless. The location was exactly what we wanted because it provided easy access to the interstate.”

• Excellent, unexpected, delicious breakfast!
• Though it was a newly remodeled room, there was something wrong with the AC unit and we had high humidity in the room.

• The rooms had just been redone and they were excellent.
• Construction got in the way a little.

“Once all the construction is finished it may need to be upgraded a star. We were very impressed.”

• The breakfast was good.
• The hotel was dirty and very noise due to construction, house keeping was a disaster.

“I stayed there for six days which were supposed to be a romantic vacation but turned out to be a nightmare. The hotel was under renovation. The construction noise from above floors was overwhelming that we could not even watch TV, let alone hold a conversation without screaming on top of our voices. The room was dump and very humid. Housekeeping was anything but satisfactory, we could leave for hours and come back to an unclean room, bath towels were too old, bath tub was cracked and unstable, corked all over to cover damages and cracks. To crown it all, there was this constant terrible raw sewage-like stench all over. We had to switch off the room AC, in the middle of summer, to avoid the smell. Breakfast was excellent though! I was very disappointed, won't stay there again.”

• Free internet and continental breakfast.
• This hotel smelled like sewer in the hallways and outside.

“This hotel is under construction. I got lost because the street sign was very small and the street looked like an alley. Very poor lighting. The room was so small, that I had to go sideways to get around the bed. The area smelled like sewer and there was hammering all day.”

“Great price for the quality of hotel. Upgrades were in progress during this stay making parking a minor issue. Noise from on site renovations during the day was negligible. Continental breakfast was adequate. I enjoyed my stay.”
