• Good condition and lots of room for the price.
• One night there was a crowd in the courtyard until 1 AM making a lot of noise.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel for the amenities, price and location. The staff was friendly and the room clean. The only concern was a security guard who told us to remove our GPS from the car as there have been thefts of such units. We appreciated the heads-up but it kind of makes you think about the safety of the location.”

• I thought it was clean and spacious.
• The continental breakfast wasn't very good.

“The hotel is nice and seemingly safe area. The hotel staff is very happy and helpful. Overall, I would say this is a great place to stay and I would stay there again.”

• Very close to N. Charleston Shopping & accessible to Trendy Park Circle.
• New traffic patterns.

“Office/Desk staff: courteous and accommodating. Cleaning staff: efficient and friendly. Facilities: 1. Breakfast bar needed more attention 2. Pool was accessible 3. Laundry a big plus 4. Grounds were well cared for 5. Overall the spaces were clean (always a big plus) 6. Room was fine for two adults. Should be stocked with more linens, since daily service is not provided; going to desk can be awkward or inconvenient.”

• It was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was outstanding!
• A little difficult to find at first.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling for business or for an extended stay. Extremely helpful staff and included amenities I did not expect.”

• Location, close to shopping center, not far from center of the city.
• Poor breakfast, poor lobby, poor cleaning.

• The staff was very friendly and nice.
• It was hard to find and there weren't good directions available.

“It seemed clean and the staff was friendly. It had a kitchen, which would have been nice had we needed it and they were very willing to give us a late check-out. The accommodations weren't fancy and I didn't really like the design of the room, it kind of seemed outdated. But we got what we needed, a room in Charleston that was affordable and safe.”

• It was a clean, quiet, motel and I enjoyed my stay there.
• Having to walk so far to get to room, I am disabled. I had a hard time walking.

“I really enjoyed my stay there, I was put in non-smoking room, that was quickly fixed. I thought it was nice to have a fully furnished kitchen and an ice machine in room instead of having to get dressed to go to machine. I would go back to that motel again!”

• Excellent value - nice place for the money paid.
• It was very difficult to find it, even when using a GPS.

“Clean, both in the room and throughout the premises. Staff was helpful and courteous. Location was close to airport and other services (restaurants, shopping, Interstate, etc) and safe, but it was very hard to find it - even using a GPS. We were very happy with our experience.”

• Staff knowledge and customer care.
• Perhaps a stand-alone wireless service for all customers with a $4.99 rate per total travel time. Also, this service should be available at all times

“Overall, this was a business trip and I really enjoyed my stay. Other than the lack of Internet service, I must say that I will return immediately and recommend this hotel to other friends and families for future stays.”

• Very clean and nice smelling.
• The Motel was difficult to find do to digital maps not being updated, because of N. Charleston road construction.

• Close to north Charleston coliseum.
• No breakfast.

“This is your typical hotel. The room was a little larger than normal. The room we had a sleeper sofa, two beds and a desk or eating area. Full fridge was a plus.”

• The staff was not very helpful at night during quiet time hours (10pm-8am).

• They have kitchenette & free breakfast.
• Very difficult to find hotel charged a fee for wi fi.

“We spent way too much time locating this hotel. We were using a Garmin Nuvi GPS navigator with their latest map update and it could not locate the hotel. The hotel was aware that they not only were not located on the street that their web site listed, but that the address did not exist. On this trip we stayed at 5 hotels and this was the only one that charged for internet hookup.”

• When I complained about no breakfast, restaurant, nearby facilities, bagels and cream cheese were left in my room!
• See above.

• The location was perfect.
• The room was a smoking room and it had a musty stinking odor. We kept getting red insect bite marks after sleeping in the bed.

“The hotel looked very nice. It looked clean. I felt safe. We were given a room with a full size bed and a sofa, small kitchen, it was a smoking room. I have allergies that were a problem. The room had a musty, moldy, stink when we got there. I told the lady at the counter and she gave me some spray and said when I was through with it to sit it outside the door in the hall. They never had wash clothes and towel were washed but never folded. It was worth what I paid for.”
