  • Complimentary southern cooked to order breakfast.
  • Rooms furniture & decor can use updating.

“Clean rooms, comfortable & spacious. Nice cooked to order breakfast. Overall feel like a moderate scale embassy.”

  • Location.

“No hot water at sink, however tub did have hot water. Light bulb was
missing from bedside lamp. Switch plate seriously broken in bathroom. Light so dim over sink it was impossible to shave or see adequately to do anything. Free breakfast was good idea, but quality and preparation was poor. The staff was attentive and courteous.”

  • The landscaping and interior design were all pleasing to the eye.
  • Dishonest staff, fail to meet our needs, found dead roach near room.

“When we arrived, we were told that there we would have to sleep in a room with two double beds. It was our anniversary, and we explained that we did not want to sleep in separate beds. Upon the conclusion of an argumentative, upsetting conversation, we were placed in a smoking room with a king-sized bed. We entered the room, and the thick smoke overwhelmed us. I quickly went down to the first floor, and they again argued with me. Finally they allowed us to switch to another smoking room, which was much better. However, I opened the door to the balcony and was greeted by a three-inch long roach. So I asked if we could be switched to a non-smoking room. They declined.”

“Rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Clean linen (including pillow cases) should be on all beds. Poor attention to details.”

  • The desk staff was wonderful and the lobby was very nice.
  • Maid service was not so good.

“The hotel does need a make over. It is rather worn and tired. My bathroom was not clean when I arrived, old soap and shampoo in the tub, the light above the vanity was almost burned out. My door was left open all day on the second day of my stay. All matters were quickly taken care of as soon as I complained.”

  • Breakfast.
  • Everything! Mold/mildew around tubs, dried urine on toilet seat.

“We are non-smokers and had to take rm. 218, a smoking room; they "sprayed" it; we bought a can of Lysol and 2 candles for the night. Couldn't go elsewhere because we had booked thru hotwire! Bathroom in #218 had something resembling a hornets nest sticking out of the ceiling (bad repair job?); the tub needed recalling and there was horrible, black mold/mildew around the old caulking! There was also a lot of rust at the base of the toilet. Not enough room to open the sliding doors (2 dbl. Beds); you had to sit on the bed and bounce to the left and slide the door as you bounced. The coffee pot was also missing from the base! Next day, we were moved to rm. 527 (non-smoking room!) And the old, outdated white floor tiles had not been swept and we had to wipe up former occupants' pubic hairs. If that wasn't bad enough. There was dried urine on the toilet seat! Living room does not resemble the photos shown on the internet! It is not bright; it is fact, very dark even with all the lights on. My advice: go to a newer hotel where the front desk personnel don¿t have an air of indifference. If this hotel ever stops offering a fully cooked befits, it can shut down!”

  • Exchanged room for us with no problem.
  • Room smelled like cats and check in was hard.

“They had no clean rooms at check in time and the room we had smelled badly. They did move us to another room that met our expectations. The front desk clerk was wonderful and attentive. The others were not. I would stay there again if need be and other hotels in the area are pricier.”

  • The staff was very friendly.
  • Our
room was rarely cleaned. And the TV was broken and not fixed.

“The room was nice. But don't expect your problems to be solved quickly. But other then that, the hotel was nice. But if you don't like smoke this is not the hotel for you. They have a happy hour which by the end the hotel smelt like smoke everywhere.”

  • It was a beautiful hotel and great value for $.
  • It was a little difficult to get to and from expressway.

“I was extremely impressed with this Quality Inn. The staff was friendly, the free breakfast exceptional, and the value for my dollar was excellent.”

  • It has cockroaches everywhere in the room, and the business center was out of order.

“I would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel. The business center was out of order, the food was loaded with fat and grease. The bananas were rotten. It was the worst experience I have ever had.”

  • Great breakfast and gym.
  • The shower and movies did not work, they would not repair.

“Overall good experience, but they put us in the wrong room to start with, then the shower didn't work, one of the keys didn't work, one of the telephones did not work, the movie guide did not work, they were doing repairs to it while we were in the room, and the breakfast was over by 9:00 am, so it didn't allow us to sleep in any.”
