• Proximity to route 90.
• Hotel towels were unavailable at check-in and a dirty one was given by front desk.

“Public rest room needs a scrubbing. And towels and toiletries need better attention. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff is young and inexperienced in customer service, but when prodded stepped up to the plate. This hotel has potential as being a great stopover if these issues are completely addressed.”

• It was clean.
• The free breakfast was poor. The no food, sour batter, no coffee.

“I was disappointed with our stay, and felt really bad since I recommended the hotel to others in our group (total 6 rooms). Our TV remote didn't work, another room' coffee maker didn't work, there were no towels in the pool area, and when we went to the front desk, they said that there were no towels available. Housekeeping needed all that they could have. The breakfast was very poor. The waffle maker had no spray, so the waffles stuck every time, and then when we figured out to use butter pats we found out the waffle mix was sour. I told the attendant who was trying to keep up with the food, and she did take it away. The eggs and sausages were not tasty. If you can't do a large spread like that well, then cut back the choices and just offer Danish and juice and have coffee. Dogs should not be permitted in the breakfast area, unless they are guide dogs.”

• The room and the bathroom were clean.
• The receptionists were rude.

“Both receptionists were rude and not interested in what they were doing. We had to wait a while before we were given a room number. The breakfast area was small for the number of guests who had to have breakfast as there was nothing near by. The room was clean and beds comfortable.”

• It was in a good location and was clean and the beds were comfy.
• The common area was extremely warm unbearable.

• The breakfast was satisfactory.
• Bathroom was filthy, no towels, terrible staff service.

“I will absolutely not ever return to this hotel. The staff was apathetic to any concerns I had. We had no towels and it took three trips to the desk to get them to finally get us some. The bathroom was filthy, hair on floor and toilet, mildew on shower curtain and unclean counter top/sink. Due to having to settle for a King suite, we had a pull out sofa - for which we could not get linens! Absolutely a nightmare. This was my first terrible experience.”

• Corners of Bathroom were dirty, Sloppy finishing work in bathroom, Ice Machine broken on Floor 2. Hot hallways.

• It was not clean in the room shampoo was open from last persons stay and more.

“The room was never fully cleaned from last quest how stayed there. Garbage in the cans, coffee lids had hair and dirt on them, shampoo was used never replaced. Overall I was not impressed with there services. What a waste of money.”

• Complimentary breakfast was okay, but inefficient. Had to wait for everything.
• No whirlpool. Non-smoking room had smoke. Bathroom, carpets, common areas dirty.

“I requested: Non-smoking room, Queen or King bed, heated indoor public swimming pool, heated indoor public whirlpool, complimentary breakfast. I explained we needed smoke-free and whirlpool for health reasons. Cleanliness was an expected given! I called the hotel direct to confirm everything (and to make sure the whirlpool and pool were in working order.) I was assured by a young man at their desk that everything was as I ordered it. What we received: Room had been smoked in, and pillows had smoke smell in them. Carpets in our room, hall, and other common areas were dirty. Musty odor throughout entry lobby and halls. Bathroom had dirt along floor edges and in corners (which I did photograph). Both husband and are seniors and have asthma. The small swimming pool was too cold to relax in, and had an unsafe loose railing on the only steps in and out of the pool. Our bedroom had two double beds not Queen or King; making it impossible for my husband and I to share same bed. Even bedding had a dusty musty odor, which aggravated my asthma all night. The tiny refrigerator in our room was barely cool but made noise constantly (including all night) like a percolator. Needless to say, we got little to no sleep. Every time I went to the desk to bring these things to their attention, nothing was done. All we got was "I'm sorry." Yes, there was a complimentary breakfast in the morning; but with only about 10 people in the eating area at the time we were in everyone had to wait in line for the only one waffle maker, one toaster, cold eggs and bacon, and other items that ran out frequently.”

• This hotel provided cleaner rooms and more extras compared to the competition.
• Certain breakfast item's where not replenished.

“First time staying at La Quinta I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and appeared recently renovated. Another item that was a great asset was the removable handheld showerhead.”

“La Quinta was very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and this location was very central. Our stay was only one night, but it was excellent.”

“We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Great comfy rooms. The beds were really comfortable and the cotton sheets were absolutely wonderful. It was clean and smelled good.”

• The continental breakfast was good, and clean area.
• The side entrance door was not locked at all times.

“The motel stay was good and reasonable priced. I really liked the usage of the computer and maybe in the future another one can be added. I will be back with friends.”

• The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and inviting, the bed and linens were wonderful.
• There were no negative remarks we could make.

“We will stay here again. It reminds me of a hotel in Harrisburg that we stayed at that my husband and I really enjoyed. The bed was really comfortable, the sheets were very soft and when you came into the room it looked very inviting. The entire hotel had been renovated and was in great shape. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very kind and friendly. The location was nice for us. We will use this hotel again.”
