• Room was clean with all amenities in place.
• Bulb was burned out in one of the lamps. Hotel is older and starting to look worn. Especially the elevators.

“As we were staying overnight only, I would recommend this hotel. Everything was clean in the room. The elevators are getting very worn looking but if they have been used a lot it's understandable.”

• It was conveniently located.
• The reception staff was somewhat rude, the pool was dirty, and the breakfast offered was below standard.

“I have marked this hotel as one that my family will not use again. There were other hotels in the area, and I will try one of those. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• The hotel was very accessible from the highway.
• Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in hallways, the place needs updated.

“The location was okay and very easy to get to. The some letters were missing from the hotel signs. We had some trouble with the keys to the room. The bathroom was in definite need of updating. The hotel was in desperate need of updating. Wallpaper, carpeting, and furnishings were all worn. In the bathroom of our room, sanitary pad disposal bags were laying on the back of the toilet, which I thought was in poor taste. The free wi-fi was easily accessible. I do not feel like I got a very good price deal at this hotel.”

• Continental breakfast included in price.
• Pets allowed; therefore, we experienced fleas in our room!

“Conveniently located near a casino and race track, and far enough from I-90 to avoid road noise. Great location for business meetings.”

• Room was extremely small, older, very basic, one star.

“I did not think this hotel was worth the money. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The TV was so small and probably 20 years old. It was also very noisy. We were near the elevator, ice machine and our neighbor had 2 barking dogs.”

• Bathroom looks old and dirty.

“The worse experience of my stay was no business center provided and I have to go Courtyard to use the internet. It is not convenient; I will not recommend my co-workers there in future.”

• Location.
• Staff was not very friendly and when asked about certain sites to visit -they didnt have a clue.

“The hotel was good for sleeping but not to hang out there. The free breakfast was ok but needed more items to pick from. Overall it served my purpose and was clean enough to pass.”

• Early breakfast.
• The mattress were the most horrible I've ever slept on.

“Sad for you if you happen to face the front of the building as there are boards blocking any view yet a bright light that remains on all night. The mattresses are noisy, poorly constructed and generally a torture.”

• The daytime staff was friendly.
• It was not very clean; there were insects in the bathroom.

“This hotel is okay if you are on a tight budget. The rooms need updating and there were bugs in the bathroom. ”

• I had nothing to dislike.
