• Convenient to my job site/love continental breakfast.
• Even in the winter
  I like to be able to open a window/door to the outside.

“Clean/comfortable/bathroom products were GREAT!/hair dryer worked well. Heating excellent. Small room met my need for an emergency snow-weather overnight instead of a 62 mile commute home. Thank God for Best Western - try to stay in B-W when traveling. You guys are the best.”

• The room was very clean & furniture well kept. Staff was very courteous.
• It did not have a restaurant or one within walking distance.

• Hole in ceiling, door had appearance of being broken into. Back in corner of hotel. Very scary!

“There was a hole in the ceiling around the sprinkler. We tried to us the pool, but we had to go through a parking garage into another part of the building to find it had closed 2 hours early. There was not continental breakfast by the time we had left at 7:00am. The building was not clean. For over one hundred dollars I expected what was advertised. I had a two year old traveling with me and I did not feel safe.”

  few of my friends have better hot tubs than this place.

“Over all the hotel was great, friendly staff and clean rooms. The hot tub looked like it should be in some ones back yard and not in a hotel.”

• Had the smallest room on the floor.

“Booked room 6 months in advance, had the smallest room on the floor, had to watch tv sideways. Bed was not large enough for 2 people to sleep.”

• Parking lot was always full.

• Plumbing problem but we were immediately moved.

“Parkway had all we need in a hotel; basics and clean. Wouldn't mind seeing the breakfast kicked up a notch. Make your own waffles maybe?”

• I loved the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, complimentary drink hour.
• The woman who checked us in was very rude and condescending, everyone else was good, though.

“This was a good hotel for a business trip, the room was small and the floor layout was strange but overall it was definitely worth the money we paid. There was one woman on the staff who was very rude and unprofessional but other than her the staff was very helpful and friendly. Complimentary drink from 5-7 was a definite plus. The spa facilities were wonderful. Also, the close proximity to the city and the free shuttle service were great.”

• It was close to the highway and convenient to town and restaurants.
• The room was small and not really updated. Looked dirty even if it was clean.

“The hotel is an older one. Not much updates and the only really good thing was it was close to where I had to be.”

• The king suite room was clean and the staff was very helpful in getting directions to events and surrounding attractions!
• Enjoyed my stay!
