• Loved the indoor pool and free breakfast. Classy place!
• Not a fan of the warship pictures all over the place. I don't think we should applaud ourselves for being destructive.

• Rooms smell Nasty. The breakfast was always cold.

“This hotel is unsafe. There was a fire and the staff ran came knocking at the door. I did not hear any fire alarms from my room. If it was a night it wouldve been disastrous.”

“It is an old property and not very clean. The staff is friendly but it is in need of an update and better cleaning both inside and out. I do not think it rates a two star because of cleanliness.”

• Convenient location.
• Back side rooms faced highway and loud.

“The rooms in this hotel are in need of a remodel though it provided clean and comfortable beds. If you are put on the backside of the hotel, prepare to be awake for most of the night as it feels like you are trying to sleep at a NASCAR event with the noises of the highway nearby being very loud.”

• Room and furnishings were dirty and well worn. Definitely not 2 star!

• Free big breakfast.
• Seemed run down; promised shuttle service from airport but didn't keep up with tax sticker, therefore didn't have service when we were there!

“Okay; gave us a bed and a big breakfast. Very warm relaxing indoor pool.”

• Nice lobby area.
• It took 1 1/2 hours to check in.

“I arrived at 11:15 PM and there was a line of 5-6 people checking in. After about an hour it was my turn and they did not have my reservation. I did not bring my copy with me so I had to go to their business room and print a copy. They still could not find my reservations. When I eventually got to a room at approximately 1:00 AM. I found the wall paper peeling, the mattresses needing replacement and in general the room needing a complete remodel. Through all of this the staff gave it their best effort but the support was not there.”

• The lobby was nice. People were helpful.
• Nothing worked in the work out room. Room old.

“The rooms need a good detailing. Room numbers missing. Start over on the work out room it is a disaster. Get real eggs. People were great.”

• Rooms are outdated and are not very clean.

“I give this hotel a 1-1.5 star rating. It is pretty old and needs updating. The rooms are not in very good shape and most have a funky smell. They try to cover the smell with some type of air freshener that is really strong.”

• The staff was the most friendly I have ever met!
• Door slamming!

“I thought the hotel was very nice. The door slammed next to our room all night. We moved an ash tray in front of the door to keep it open so we managed. We really enjoyed the hotel the pool was nice and the people were very friendly. The room was roomy. We had a great time!”

• The lobby area was nice.
• Room was damp and dirty.

“The lobby, dining and pool areas were well kept and appeared fresh and remodeled. Our check-in was late and the clerk was very flat and put her personal call on hold to check us in. She did not ackowledge my request for a king bed, so we kept the doubles. The luggage cart had a flat tire and would not roll so we carried all our bags inside the hotel. We found our room on the 3rd floor but outside the main hotel and had to step over green puddles of water from a leaking room air conditioner in the doorway leading outside to our room. Our assigned room was damp and had a stale carpet deoderizer odor. The pages of the hotel ammenties book were damp as well. The room's carpet was dusty and dirty around all the edges and corners. I refused to step on anything barefooted in this room. additionally, the hot water in the shower changed between scalding hot and cool without any warning during our showers. I was not happy with our stay and expected more out of a Ramada Inn.”

• What I liked most is the lobby presentation.
• The room is a muggy and not fresh.

“The hospitality in this hotel was very friendly and fast. The lobby has an inviting presentation for guest. The room is a little muggy and the room was not fresh. It had a little tainted smell to it.”
