• The hotel was clean, comfortable, easy drive to airport, quiet, and good air conditioning temperature control.
• The lobby did not have a welcoming feel. There were coffee machines that looked to be vendor. Not suggestive of quality.

“My purpose was for a quick trip and no focus on luxury accommodations. Basic fundamentals was all I needed. This Red roof Inn met my needs very well. The room was constricted by bed placement, but was not an inconvenience. I appreciated every feature of the space and accommodations.”

• Worn mattress.

“On the way to our room, we noticed what appeared to be broken auto glass in one of the parking spaces. The first room we were given smelled as if a pack of wild dogs had been staying there for a month. The second room we were given was fine - meaning it did not smell.”

• Easy access to interstate
• Air conditioner filter was very dirty which made it not want to work right.

“Manager was very good to us by offering us a discount off the room because of the problem with the air conditioner.”
