• Breakfast was good.
• Bathroom not clean, specifically the toilet lid.

“Hotel showed its age. Cable TV was snowy. Lobby and breakfast was OK, but we would not stay at the same brand hotel again. I'd rather pay more and feel clean.”

• The breakfast buffet was great and a good location.
• Awful customer service, rude people (not all).

“The hotel is nice but I was let down by the customer service. The lady at check in was awful. She had to call over an assistant and she had no problem checking me in. First lady tried to make me feel like I am stupid and do not know what I am talking about. Otherwise great property and location.”

• Requested no feathers and RCVD, one pillow in return poor.

• It's like staying in a small apartment.
• Bed was too small for 2 people (it was a double, not queen or king).

“This was my second stay at a Marriott residence inn. It was an above average experience except for the bed size.”

• Right next to Lowe's.

• There was a fireplace in the room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
• Noise of teenage outside the room in parking lot playing loud music in their cars.

“This was a marvelous place to stay. The room was large, linens were fine quality. There was a full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, full refrigerator, and lots of counter space) with dishes/utensils and cooking equipment. There was a large raised counter area dividing the kitchen and living area with 2 bar stools. It had 2 glasses with linen napkins in them which made it look very homey and inviting. There was a couch with fireplace. There was free internet access. The bed was comfortable.”

• Plush, comfortable, beds with down pillows. Wonderful coffee in room with full size coffee pot, microwave popcorn in room.
• The only thing I did not like about my stay was the carpet in our room was badly stained and probably needed to be replaced.

“We had a wonderful stay. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. They have everything in them you might possibly need (iron, blow dryer, full size kitchen, etc). Staff was very friendly and professional. We especially loved "mama" and she made us feel right at home. They served light snacks from 5:30 to 7:30 and a wonderful breakfast that had hot waffles and home-style oatmeal, eggs, sausage, etc. Hotel is close to mall and lots of restaurants to choose from. No complaints, only praises.”

• The room layout was awesome.
• Was supposed to be 100% smoke free and we had to go buy a fan and deodorizer because the room was rank with smoke.

“The staff was most helpful and even offered to give us another room when their room deodorizer would not get rid of the smoke smell.”

• Everything was in the room and it's a family type.
• I chose a non-smoking but I was booked a SMOKING ROOM which I did not really like. They change it but it could have been better not switching 2X.

• This was one of the most courteous staff that I have ever stayed with!
• The air conditioner lest a wet spot on the carpet--not completely their fault.

“This hotel is one of the most family friendly hotels that we have stayed in. Their claim to fame is definitely the size and accommodations of the room.”

• Good breakfast. The rooms have fireplaces. The bedding appeared clean with a sheet over the top of the comforter for cleanliness.
• No indoor pool or spa.

“Hotel staff was courteous. They ran out of some items during breakfast and there was still over an hour of breakfast time left. The bedding appeared clean. The pillows were down, I like that. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.”
