  • Location close to mall.
  • Rooms were filthy, curtains did not close.

“The room was not clean and the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I did not use the shower because it was soiled so badly. There was also a brown substance behind the toilet. I left after the 1st night.”

  • The workers at the front desk and the breakfast was good.
  • Dirty hotel and not safe looking place.

“The bathrooms had bad burns on the tube from dirty lazy smokers. The room service didn't bring new towels just left them on the floor never cleaned just made the beds. Front desk workers were nice and always ready to help. I will never stay at this hotel location again.”

“We were highly impressed. We didn't realize how nice and up to date it would be considering it was marked a rating of 2. We would definitely stay here again. It was convenient to restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

  • Inexpensive, very friendly staff.

“I feel that this hotel is a great value inexpensive, clean, friendly staff. Not a new (or renovated) hotel, but it has all the basics you need-comfortable bed, desk, free internet, nice size bathroom and shower, plenty of clean linens and pet friendly.”

  • Continental breakfast, and lovely, friendly staff.
  • There was no view.

“I enjoyed my stay. It was clean but economical. It was really what I expected. There was continental breakfast - fruit, bagels, tea, coffee, etc. Not much of a view though.”

“This was a horrible hotel. It was unclean and they refused to give us a non-smoking room. The air conditioner did not work and they did not fix it or move us to another room.”

  • Not easy to find. On the interstate.

“They gave us a wheelchair access room so there wasn't a place to park right in front of the room. It was fine, but I stayed in better for the same price or less.”

  • Convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly both at the front desk and the housekeeping staff also. The stay was nice.
  • Not all of the rooms have a refrigerator or microwave.

  • Nice desk with office chair, recliner to watch TV in, comfortable bed.
  • The front desk clerk got a little snooty when I left the room unpaid for a few hours.

“Good overall experience. Room was nice enough for the price, meaning it was nice without fine appointments/furnishings. Good value!”

  • I liked that the room had a desk with office chair as well as a recliner.
  • There was a burn hole in the bed spread.

“This was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was professional and courteous although not very entrusted. The breakfast was typical "continental" with Styrofoam and plastic service and wipe off your own clean place at a first come first served table in the lobby. The room was nice and had a microwave, refrigerator, recliner, desk and office chair, hair dryer, as well as the usual amenities. I am well satisfied. I did not use the pool.”

  • Close to many site seeing events and Air Port.
  • At a major intersection, building is under repair at this time. Not much parking, paint smell etc.

  • They call to check on our room and to see if everything was ok.
  • There were several maintenance items that needed to be attended too.

“The hotel was fine for lower level business traveler, but it was right beside the on ramp to the highway and a lot of road noise.”

  • It was fairly clean, the lady working the desk at night was nice.
  • Bad location, didn't feel safe, breakfast was not good.

“The hotel was in a bad location, did not appear very safe. The room was fairly clean & the night staff were very nice. The breakfast was not good at all; the yogurt was warm, the bread was hard (before it was toasted), just not a very good selection of food at all. The parking lot was in need of repair and there was lots of noise throughout the night.”
