“The staff was overall the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. One example. I arrived for an early check in (10:00 am) and because there were no rooms available on the 8th 0r 9th floor as I had requested, the desk clerk gave me a room on the 10th floor which is the concierge floor of this hotel.”

• The late night staff was very helpful.

“The hotel was clean, very nicely decorated. Large rooms, great late night staff. Beautiful pool area even though hotel location was near highway. Excellent hotel.”

  better staff.
• Parking was
  limited.

“The staff is excellent. The lobby, elevator and rooms are clean. They joined the 21st century and have excellent wireless. I actually want to stay here now! The people in the room before me left a breakfast tray in front of my door. I checked in at 1630. It was left at my door about 20 hours. Other than that, I now recommend this hotel. Even the kid driving the shuttle went above and beyond.”

• Within walking distance to the venue we were using.
• The many mini charges for phone, business center and
  local phone.

“The location is good, but the hotel goes overboard to charge for every little thing; many of which are complimentary at other Marriott properties and other hotels. The breakfast bar was good.”

• The restaurant had a great buffet breakfast, very fresh and tasty.
• Needed some tylenol and the store was closed and the front desk did not have any.

“The hotel was in a great location, right next to city place. The hotel had a free shuttle bus that ran every 15 minutes. The hotel was clean and friendly. Would love to stay at this hotel again.”

• Very clean and modern.
• The pool gate requires a key from the parking lot, but you can reach your hand over the gate and open it.

• Service, convenience, terrific ambience.
• Air conditioning vent was blowing directly on the bed with no way to change the vents; I had to cover them with a towel.

• The service was impeccable. The beds were amazing.
• No mini fridge or microwave in room.

• The beds where very comfortable.
• Does not come with breakfast.

“I enjoyed my stay. The windows in the room looked they had been caulk be a two year old. They where testing the firm alarm while we where there even with these little things I still had a great stay. I am in town every other week end and might continue to stay here.”

“Close to everything in Palm Beach. Decent hotel that is not all new, but in nice shape. Everything was comfortable with no problem. It's not an elite hotel, but is nice.”
