• Hotel had a Starbucks located inside.
• Swimming pool was extremely hot. Heater was on.

• Coffee and pastries in the am, nice touch. Early check in was available.
• Problems with the hot water system.

• Friendly staff and shuttle service to local attractions.
• No food within walking distance.

“Nice hotel with large pool deck. Staff was very friendly frequent shuttle to airport, shopping and attractions. Welcoming lobby with bar area. Would recommend.”

• I was impressed with the atmosphere as soon as, I walked in. Friendly staff, nice facilities, and restaurant.
• I thought the rooms were small, and outdated. My room was next to the elevator, and the noise did not give me the peace I was seeking.

“I would recommend this hotel. The ambiance, and friendly staff made this a pleasurable stay. However, my first night I was unable to sleep. My room was located next to an elevator, and the constant noise made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. I complained for the 2nd night stay, and my room was changed; which resolved my problem.”

• Just a crack in the windows.

“Very nice hotel, room was very well decorated and of course right across the street from the airport. Front desk staff was very professional.”

“Hotel is beautiful, exceptionally neat and clean, staff is wonderful. Every need was anticipated. Great beds. An overall wonderful experience. I will definitely be staying here again.”

• Restaurant/bar/lobby all open seemed odd.

“We won't be back. There ware much better selections were we left this hotel and went to others to eat and relax.”

• The hobby area was great very excellent color scheme and very relaxing.
• The lack of housekeeping attention in the elevators and rooms.

“I thoroughly enjoyed the lobby area and for that reason I would stay again. But, keep in mind I would probably bring my cleaning supplies.”

• I did not like anything about this hotel, besides the location.
• Upon check in the room was not clean bathtub dirty carpet not vacuumed on second attempt room shower broken dresser held up with cardboard, staff rude.

“The hotel appears from the outside to be okay, large. Upon check-in staff really not knowledgeable. I believe I was treated unfairly.”
