• Classy.
• Our room was a suite, but very small for a suite. Too compact.

“Staff was nice and helpful. I just didn't like that our room was so compact. I'm claustrophobic.”

• Very poor climate control systems.

AC and heat systems. Oddly condescending staff. Dark decorating. Terrible bottom dwelling sea creatures photos/posters. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Nice views.”

• The room had been remodeled and upgraded. It looked trendy and comfortable.
• The area although close to the airport, was not the greatest of neighborhoods immediately surrounding the hotel.

• Great Staff - wonderful room.
• Air Conditioning too low.

“The hotel was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The air conditioning was set too low and we were unable to adjust it enough. Since we were only doing an overnight, we just crawled into the comfy be and snuggled under the blankets. If we had been staying longer, we would have asked the staff to fix the settings for us and I'm sure they would have taken care of it.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• You could not adjust the room temperature. The hotel needs to be remodeled.

• Good location, very clean and
  helpful staff.
• Non-smoking room smelled very strongly of smoke.

“A nice hotel in a good location (very handy access to PBI airport). Free WiFi, ample free self-parking and free valet parking. However, the non-smoking room we received smelled very strongly of smoke during the whole stay. Additionally, the room we received was handicap accessible (not our request) so it was lacking a bathtub and had no bathroom counter top space. On the plus side, the room did include a fridge and microwave.”
